Enjoy newly renovated apartment located just 700 m. walk from city center with a amazing view on the sea and the nearby islands. Apartment is in one level, there is no lot of stairs, its on the first floor of the building. There is a bedroom with a queen bed, wardrobe and air-condition, opposite is a bathroom with shower. There is also spacious living room with fully equipped kitchen. From living room you can reach second bedroom with separate beds and small bathroom. From double bedroom and living room you can access terrace with furniture where you can relax, dine and enjoy the view. The apartment is in nice position, walking distance from, center, nearest beach, restaurants, bars and markets. Hvar is a well preserve island with a unique vibe, where you can experience history and tradition, culture and have relaxing fun vocation. Guest will have access to the property private parking. Full privacy is guaranteed. We are available for questions before arrival through mail or phone. During the stay we respect your privacy but are more than happy to share tips on the island and things to do and see. The apartment is within easy walking distance of the center of picturesque Hvar with its restaurants and bars, and just ten minutes from the most beautiful beach on the island, Pokonji Dol. Although the mail spots are walking distance (beach, port, riva, city center, markets, restaurants, bars, clubs), it is convenient to rent a car to drive around the island to discover its well preserved villages and hidden beaches. Taxi is available near main square and there is also bus station.

Sea view top floor 2-bdrm LAVANDA

Spacious apartment with a total area of 77 m2 is located on the third, highest floor. Two air-conditioned bedrooms with one double and two twin beds which can easily be connected to make a compact double bed, on your request. The bathrooms are equipped with a shower cabin and a hairdryer. Both rooms have a large terrace overlooking the sea where you can refresh yourselves in the summer evenings. Perfect for enjoying a glass of wine on a comfortable sofas completed with a beautiful sunset.

Apartman površine 60 m 2 sastoji se od spavaće sobe sa velikim bračnim krevetom, kupaone, prostrane dnevne sobe sa kuhinjom, predsoblja i balkona. Čitav južni zid prema moru je u staklu tako da prostor ima puno svjetla i sa balkonom čini jedan prostor. Apartman se nalazi na trećem katu kuće koja se nalazi u neposrednoj blizini centra grada (5 minuta ugodne šetnje uz more) te sa balkona ima otvoreni pogled na more i otoke budući se kuća nalazi u prvom redu uz more.

Seaside apartment with a charming view

Comfy and a bright space with a large terrace with a beautiful view to the city port. The apartment is placed in the quiet part of Jelsa, but really close to the city center. Big sand beach is just 5 minutes walk from the apartment. You can also swim literally in the front of the apartment, on the small dock. Market is 5 minutes walk, same as the main square.

Lovely newly renovated apartment on the 1st floor of the family house with a great view over the sea and the Hvar archipelago. It's located in a quiet neighborhood, still close to the town center and far enough to enjoy in tranquillity away from town buzz. P.S. Apartment is situated on the first floor of a family house. It contains 1 bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, living room with sofa and a balcony with a stunning sea view. It is located 10 min walking from city center, and a bit more on way back because it is uphill. You also have a private parking if you are arriving with a car.
