This apartment was freshly renovated and we did a new terrace. Spacious and cozy apartment with a lovely sea view balcony. It is placed on the third floor of our family house, “Veli Bok”. The apartment consists of an entrance hall, bathroom, studio area (kitchen, dining area, sleeping area, and living room area), and a balcony. Ideal for a couple or small family with one or two small kids. Our house is located 20/25 minutes' walk from the harbour/main square, which is 1,5 km/2 km away.

Beautiful apartment for two ( up to three ) located in a very quiet area above the sea and the pine wood. The walk to the city centre takes less than five minutes among the sea and walls of the old franciscan monastery. The view is beautiful, you can see the sea between the pine trees and our garden full of green. All necessary facilities are near. Restaurants and grocery stores are within two minutes of walking distance and the sea is in front of the house .

A private terrace is adorned with a round hanging chair and a side table, offering a glimpse of the vibrant harbor view. Sunlight illuminates the area, highlighting the coastal scenery and nearby boats. Potted greenery adds a touch of nature to the space.
