This nice, comfortable and relaxing cottage is ideally located in the golden circle in the South coast of Iceland. It's a great location to see the Northern lights /Aurora Borealis if the weather conditions are right. The cottage is one area and has double bed (160x200cm) and a sleeping sofa. We provide linen, towels and soap etc. Our kitchen is fully loaded with everything you need. We have a baby crib and high chair for your children. Located within Katla Geopark and only 8km from Seljalandsfoss/ Gljúfrabúi waterfalls, the brand-new Seljalandsfoss cottage welcomes you in a peaceful environment with fantastic views in every directions. Close to the main highlights of the south coast and only 4km off the main road (road n°1). It is also a great location to see the northern lights, away from any light pollution. Thanks to it’s large windows, you can watch the northern lights while having dinner or from the warmth of your bed.

A quiet and peaceful getaway with amazing ocean views. Located in the beautiful fjord called “Hvalfjörður”. Only a 45 minute drive from the capital. The interior was completely renovated in 2024. You can relax in the hot tub and enjoy amazing views of the horizon during the summer and you might see the northern lights during the winter. It's a perfect location for day trips to discover the Snæfellsnes peninsula and the silver circle and it's not far from the golden circle either.

A beautiful cozy cottage

A beautiful cottage in a big garden of another property. Hveragerdi is a small town and is inside the Golden circle. Supermarket, bakery, tourist info, bank and postoffice are all within walking distance. The famous hot spring (for bathing) in Reykjadalur is a 45 min walk away. The cottage has one bedroom with a queen size bed, one double bed in the living area and one double bed upstairs (airbed). It has a microwave oven and a small stove and all the basic cooking equipments.
