The large outdoor area has a great and large outdoor sofa with dinner table. Feel free to take the opportunity to take a dive in the jacuzzi. The parking for the cabin can take up to 3 cars outside.

The annex has 3 beds. 30 meters to swimming in the sea from Svaberg, 3-4 min walk to Joker grocery store and a small sandy beach. You can paddle to the shop with the kayak or row in the rubber boat. Urtehage, blomstereng og en liten gressplen skaper en idyllisk atmosfære. Hytten ligger ca 100 m over havet, med turmuligheter direkte til Bø-heia like ved, samt spektakulære turmuligheter en kort biltur unna. Bygden Leirvik har et lite tettsted, ca 2,5 km fra hytten, med en matbutikk og hotell, samt et skipsverft nede ved fjorden.
