A villa on Awaji Island where people who liked art and playing in the sea, whom I met by chance, lived. The house was built on a hill overlooking the sea in a villa area called Richland. From there, you can see the Seto Inland Sea and, depending on the season, watch the sunset. The moment I entered the house, I liked it at first sight, as it conveyed the feeling that the former owner enjoyed using it. The owner was selling the house because they no longer used it, and I spent about two years carefully renovating it myself. While maintaining the original qualities of the building, it was carefully renovated to suit the modern travel style.
