The house is spacious and comfortable, and everyone loved it, especially the kitchen is fully equipped. Would recommend to friends around!

Clean and cozy apartment in a quiet neighborhood. The stairs are steep and narrow, and it will be difficult to carry luggage to the room. Apart from that, everything is good.

House is look traditional and I feel really Japanese

Loved our stay at Saki and Roy’s place! We stayed as a family of 4 with 2 kids (12 and 7) check in when super easy. The house was very clean had great amenities. It had all the kitchen items and bathroom toiletries you would need for a stay. Lots of beds for our family. We love how close it was to the metro and family mart. Even fell in love with a steakhouse restaurant right down the street. We will recommend and would stay again when in Osaka!

We spent two nice days watching videos of our favorite artists on the projector, watching Disney movies.The kitchen was well equipped with a variety of cooking utensils and condiments, so I thought it was convenient for self-catering.Thank you!

It was a 10-minute walk from JR Kobe Station and Shinkaichi Station, and there was a convenience store nearby, which I thought was convenient. It was nice to be able to rent the entire house, it was very beautifully managed for the old building, and I had a comfortable two weeks. The sound of the train didn't bother me much either. I would love to stay here again when I go to Kobe.
