This is an ocean view unit on the most ocean side of the building called Gem base in Suma. (Room No.1) During the summer beach season (July and August), the beach house and the BBQ restaurant next door are open, so it is lively until around 9 pm. Because the railroad is near, you will hear the sound of the train driving. Paid parking is not available onsite, so pay parking is available nearby. The interior is the main accommodation room on the second floor, and the first floor is a large free space (with a sofa bed) that can be used freely, not only for couples and friends, but also from families with small children to business travelers. For 3 people, we will provide an extra bed or futon mattress. We have plenty of kitchen utensils. It's spacious and you can also enjoy cooking. It takes about 5 minutes on foot to get to the market, where you can find fresh ingredients such as greengrocers, fishmongers, and butchers. There are many recommended shops, such as cozy taverns and cute cafes. Coffee and breakfast from nearby coffee shops can be delivered.
