Hyvinkää Helmi is a 1.5 floor dream house designed by an award-winning architect. It has a Master bed (in its own wing) with a walk-in closet and a bathroom with a shower. The utility room has access to the backyard with stunning outdoor terrain. 2 large bedrooms and a 70m2 living room are cracked with a 2-sided plastered fireplace. High-quality Puustelli kitchen with a direct view of the dining area. With a separate entrance a warm storage room. Carport for 2 cars and warm outdoor storage. Finished yard and 50m2 terrace.

Bright one-bedroom apartment by the forest.

Relax in the forest 1.2 km from Sykär (lake). Great jogging, mushroom & berry terrain literally from the front yard. We also have a boat available for the fish-rich Sykäri from our own small beach, where you can barbecue. So it works great, especially for fishing crews. There is a gas grill in the yard. Ask for a boat, use of the boat dock, sauna and laundry room separately. Boat and boat dock at an additional cost - 1x sauna shift and 1x laundry room included if available.

Beautiful studio by the sea

Beautiful one room apartment on the sea side. In the middle of unique nature, only 15 km from the center of Helsinki. You can use the private beach of the apartment house. Hotel near by (100m) is offering services, in extra fee, like restaurant and beach sauna. The best way to get to the apartment is by a car, but the metro is also a good option (2,5km). There is a buses in the day time to the metro station and to the city. Please note it is not suitable for children.
