Ground floor is a single space with a big living room (with fireplace) and a spacious open kitchen. First floor with two bedrooms and two bathrooms: the main bedroom (looking at Orvieto) with a double bed and internal bathroom and a second one with a double bed and a bed sofa. Between Umbria and Tuscany, near the lakes Trasimeno and Chiusi, lies this beautiful farmhouse. The complex consists of three cottages dating back to the end of last century, carefully restored and cared for in the external and internal finishes. Today 5 apartments are available for rent to guests. Il Gelsomino is an apartment on the ground floor with air conditioning, it has a living room with sofa bed, kitchen, two double rooms, bathroom with shower, porch with access to the garden.

The single bedroom is in the attic and has no door it overlooks the living room), living room with kitchenette, bathroom with shower. 19th-century Tuscan farmhouse with exposed stones immersed in the wonderful Tuscan countryside with a splendid view of the Val di Chiana. It is surrounded by a 6-hectare park with an olive grove of 300 plants. It is located in Sarteano, in the village, an ancient medieval village with a dream castle, known for the Music and Jazz Festival that takes place at the end of summer. We are in the beautiful Val d'Orcia, a UNESCO World Natural Heritage Site since 2004.

Podere Pereti Nuovi – Modern Tuscan Villa

Podere I Pereti was entirely build by our grandfather Remo in the 1970's. My siblings and I spent most of our summers on the porch with our grandparents watching sunsets and admiring the view of the Val d'Orcia. Entirely surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. Nonno Remo, besides having a building company, proudly produced Orcia red wine that was consumed by the family. From the 150 olive trees, every November we filled our tanks with green gold olive oil.

"IL PODERACCIO" is a typical stone farmhouse located on the hills surrounding Lake Trasimeno, immersed in beautiful Mediterranean vegetation. The building is spread across two floors. The pool and garden frame the whole. The swimming pool is open from May 1st to October 15th. Please note that following the COVID 19 emergency, all the directives required by the legislation have been adopted for cleaning and sanitizing the house.
