The house is very welcoming, location was great, very close to the train station, restaurants, and shops a walking distance, the staff are amazing, very friendly, specially Sunny, thank you fot the great stay.

Perfect stay, the host is very nice, the house is also very good, there are three subway stations within walking distance, there are many lines to choose from, the convenience store is also very close, the two bedrooms are very comfortable, and the house is very clean, and the balcony can dry clothes. Because the house is on the first floor, there is no need to carry luggage up and down the stairs, the host is very responsive to messages, you can ask any questions, it is very touching!! Would recommend this place to anyone, it's one of the best I've stayed in Tokyo, and it's great value for money, I hope I can book it next time I'm in Tokyo.

we loved the apartment alot it was super comfy and felt Like Home our main phrase from our crew was "adachi is Home" and we would realy like to stay longer because those days just flew away like crazy. Ontop i have to say our host was always so generous and helpfull for every question we got even before we moved to the apartment the response time was always super quick which was very impressiv. i can realy recommend this Apartment we had a great time and missed nothing and even If there was something missing our Host provided it almost instantly. This trip was very special because it was my first anniversary with my boyfriend! Asama-san took very good care of us during our stay. The first night I was able to book a massage with her (thankfully she was free!) and she took us to a nearby onsen with her husband, Hiro-san. She even prepared breakfast of onigiri and tea on our final day. What a delight it was to have her as our host, I already miss our fun conversations! Definitely book here if you want a peaceful rest away from the busy city crowds. It's a bit of a walk to the train station, but the bus stop is very near to her place. Hoping to see Asama-san again when we return to Tokyo!

Chie's home was clean, comfortable and spacious, with good proximity to Utsunomiya station. Lots of good outdoor drying racks for clothes. Chie was very helpful in helping us prepare for our trip. The instructions were quite clear, although there are warning signs all over the apartment reminding you to be as quiet as possible, which can be difficult with two small children.

Sacchi's place was very spacious to accommodate our family (17pax). It was clean and easily accessible via tram and train. We enjoyed how homey the place/area was. Our view from the kitchen/dining area was AWESOME because of the cherry blossom tree right across the house, which was a huge bonus 😅 Overall, we had a great vacation thanks to our great host Sacchi, who was always responsive to our inquiries. I would definitely recommend this place to big groups traveling to Tokyo.

It was a very beautiful accommodation. It was well cleaned, and it was nice to have a karaoke room in the basement. The location was close to the sea in front of the river and rich in nature, but there was a convenience store within walking distance, and we had a comfortable stay.

We had a fantastic stay here. If you want lots of rooms for a very reasonable price then this is for you. We were a family of 5, so having 6 bedrooms to choose from was ideal. The house was very tidy, but just be aware that there are steep steps inside the house to get to each floor, but this wasn't an issue for us. Maybe if you have very small children it might be. We really enjoyed the location. It is a very quiet suburban area. It is only a 1 min walk to catch the No.34 bus (stop is outside some kind of dog cafe) which takes you on a 20-minute ride to Tabata subway station from where you can jump on the Yamanote Line and travel to places like Tokyo Station, Shinjuku, Harajuku and Shibuya. There is a nice little restaurant called ふくろう（福来郎) which is also only a 1-min walk (across the road from the bus stop). The food is really nice, reasonably priced, and the owner is very friendly. We will definitely stay here again if we ever come back to Tokyo.

I had a wonderful stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, spacious, and in a great location. Check-in was smooth, and the host was incredibly kind and responsive throughout. The thoughtful touches and amenities made me feel right at home. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tokyo!

The place is surrounded by mini markets like aeon they sells food and lots of variety in cheaper price also its is 1-2 mins walking distance.. Its a great place to stay for family or large group.. You can find lots of restaurants near the train station..

the place was spotless and clean, definitely had an amazing stay here. soundproofing isn't the best but it is one of the more enjoyable stays i've had.

Our stay in Japan has been incredibly immersive, and choosing to stay in this neighborhood rather than a hotel was definitely one of the best decisions we made. Again, thanks for hosting us Hiromi. Really enjoyed our time in Japan.
