It was close to the station, and there were many restaurants around, making it a good location. The room was also spacious, and we had a very comfortable stay.

The house is very welcoming, location was great, very close to the train station, restaurants, and shops a walking distance, the staff are amazing, very friendly, specially Sunny, thank you fot the great stay.

we loved the apartment alot it was super comfy and felt Like Home our main phrase from our crew was "adachi is Home" and we would realy like to stay longer because those days just flew away like crazy. Ontop i have to say our host was always so generous and helpfull for every question we got even before we moved to the apartment the response time was always super quick which was very impressiv. i can realy recommend this Apartment we had a great time and missed nothing and even If there was something missing our Host provided it almost instantly. We stayed here on a trip to Star Wars Celebration. It was almost right between the center of Tokyo and the convention center in Chiba. Close by the train station in a lovely little neighborhood with restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Would definitely stay again.

Asama's peoperty is a quirky and eclectic mix of absolute joy. She is kind and fun to be with. There is home cooked food for sale if you would like it and a full range of complementary therapis - including massage. I really enjoyed my stay here and although a little walk from transport - I enjoyed meandering through the neighbourhood. Asama also has bikes which you can use to get to the station quickly. Really easy, flat terrain and very safe.

What a wonderful stay at Sacchi's house! The rooms were spacious for our two families and the neighborhood quiet. We were only a 10 minutes walk from two subways and a JR line. Brilliant stay!

It was a very beautiful accommodation. It was well cleaned, and it was nice to have a karaoke room in the basement. The location was close to the sea in front of the river and rich in nature, but there was a convenience store within walking distance, and we had a comfortable stay.

We had a fantastic stay here. If you want lots of rooms for a very reasonable price then this is for you. We were a family of 5, so having 6 bedrooms to choose from was ideal. The house was very tidy, but just be aware that there are steep steps inside the house to get to each floor, but this wasn't an issue for us. Maybe if you have very small children it might be. We really enjoyed the location. It is a very quiet suburban area. It is only a 1 min walk to catch the No.34 bus (stop is outside some kind of dog cafe) which takes you on a 20-minute ride to Tabata subway station from where you can jump on the Yamanote Line and travel to places like Tokyo Station, Shinjuku, Harajuku and Shibuya. There is a nice little restaurant called ふくろう（福来郎) which is also only a 1-min walk (across the road from the bus stop). The food is really nice, reasonably priced, and the owner is very friendly. We will definitely stay here again if we ever come back to Tokyo.

This is my second visit to visit last year. I wanted to check in after 15 o'clock and relax in a quiet environment, but I had a sudden job and checked in around 22 o'clock, so I didn't enjoy it much.We'd love to visit again if we get the chance.

the place was spotless and clean, definitely had an amazing stay here. soundproofing isn't the best but it is one of the more enjoyable stays i've had.
