The Sítio is strategically located: 6 km from the Center of Iúna and 7 km from BR-262, from where you can reach many tourist attractions and the waterfalls of São João do Príncipe (Hidrolândia, Poço do Egito). At the Sítio, Arabica coffee and homemade jams are produced.

We are next to the entrance of Caparaó National Park, on one of the slopes of Pico da Bandeira.
