This is a single-family building on the third floor. It's a dense residential area, so you have to be a little quiet. It's nice to have a bathroom on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the 1st floor. It was also very pleasant to have coffee and breakfast, bring a hot sand maker, and eat hot sandwiches and coffee on the terrace.
