The beautiful Faxe Bay and Noret just outside the house set the frame for a truly wonderful place. The house was named winner of the program Denmark's most beautiful Summerhouse at DR1 (2014). The well appointed 50 m2, with up to 4 meters to the ceiling, is perfect for a couple - but is also ideal for the family with 2-3 children. Year-round, you can bathe in the “Svenskerhull” ml. Roneklint and the small nice island of Maderne, owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. In addition, the landscape is made for beautiful walks – and bike rides.

Relax in a truly unique, well-equipped and accessible cottage with high ceilings, unusual angles, and rooms with amazing light. Enjoy the tranquility, nature, and sounds of the sea up close. Explore the large terrace with cozy nooks, the visiting deer and direct access to the sandy beach 100 meters from the house. Experience the sun and the dark "Dark Sky" sky through the house telescope and sun binoculars. Use the musical instruments and sound system or take a ride in the water with a canoe, two sea kayaks or three paddle boards (sup).

Welcome to a family summerhouse located close to the sandy beach in quiet surroundings and with 4 kilometers to Marielyst. The house is brightly decorated with a focus on recycling and sustainability. There is access to terraces on 3 sides. The last evening sun can be enjoyed by the fire pit. We are a family of three generations who own the house in a community. We especially enjoy the house's proximity to the sea and long summer evenings by the fire in the enclosed garden. Nyd en hyggelig ferie på landet - på UNESCOs biosfær område, tæt på middelalderbyen Stege, i nærheden af vandet og midt i naturen. Vi er en familie bestående af et dansk/japansk par, tre små hunde, en kat, får, løbeænder og høns. Vi har renoveret hele gården efter vores bedste evner og med en høj grad af genbrugsmaterialer. Vi elsker at rejse, og går op i at huset er komfortable og hyggelige. Vi har forsøgt at indrette vores gæstehus som vi selv synes er rart. Sig til hvis I mangler noget!

Huset er indrettet med stor stue/alrum med køkken, 3 værelser, 3 hemse med plads til 2 i hver og 2 badeværelser. Direkte adgang til en stor, dejlig terrasse med magelige havemøbler. Til huset hører en udesauna. Huset er gjort klar til at byde velkommen med opredte senge, håndklæder, hvis man er der minimum 4 overnatninger. Ingen musik til gene for naboerne.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. This newly refurbished cabin is located 5 minutes walk from the family friendly sandy beach of Marielyst. The cabin is bright and airy with its open plan living room and fully equipped kitchen with access to a decked area where you can enjoy the evening sun. It's a short bicycle ride to local shops, a butcher and a variety of restaurants if you don't feel like cooking.

Close to shopping and the cozy Marielyst square with good dining opportunities. The house is 72 m2 and has two good bedrooms, nice bathroom with separate shower as well as large kitchen-dining room and living room.
