Holiday rentals with a patio in Ignacio Zaragoza

Giselle and Oscar were very supportive and helpful. Their place was just the right size for my daughter and me and it was very comfortable. We feel lucky to have chosen their apartment.

This listing was very beautiful, better than the pictures. Safe neighborhood and the buildings security was extremely secure. My favorite part was the view. The host was always fast to respond and very kind . When we had an issue with the shower drain she responded right away and sent someone to fix it. I would absolutely stay here again.

Jeny was always attentive to my needs, she is an excellent host, her apartment complies with everything she offers, great location , highly recommended, I would definitely return.

We had a great stay here while we spent 3 nights in Roma Norte. The location was great, and we had all we needed. The space is huge relative to what I expected — the bedrooms are both large and bathrooms (especially showers) were large as well. We loved how open the main level was and were able to enjoy the outdoor patio at night. Highly recommended!

Host very pending from the beginning to the end, she responds quickly . Lugar in the comfortable historic center with extra fans for these heaters. Around at night something alone but we never felt endangered. We went as a family and felt very comfortable in the apt and everything was nearby. Metro and bus stations very close by and platform drivers arrived easy. The reception staff are very attentive 24 hours and responsive. Recommended Lugar. The only point to improve would be if they have a taxi service phone number or 24h drivers on hand in the early hours of the morning like the hotels, just that.

Great location, close to Soumaya. The apartment is spacious and well decorated, although it does not have air conditioning, which can be uncomfortable on hot days, but has fans. Safety is a priority, with 24/7 surveillance in the building. Ideal for those looking for comfort and tranquility in an exclusive area. 100% I stayed again!

Listing as described. Very pretty and well-equipped. Very comfortable bedding. lots of amenities. Impeccable communication with. Arlety. Very very responsive. We had trouble with a window door and an agent intervened within an hour. A special thank you to the building's caretakers, very friendly and helpful.

A wonderful place to stay with a relaxed communal garden, a small village in the metropolis of México-City! the care is great, you can do laundry, very wonderful for longer stays! we felt very comfortable! Thank you 🙏

Excellent place at a very accessible price, the location is very convenient as it is close to a metro station, in addition to only 15 minutes from the GNP stadium. The house offers everything you need, 24-hour hot water, dishes, glasses, coffee maker, kitchen, TV with Netflix, internet (although a little slow). Communication with Elizabeth is very smooth and responds to you almost immediately.

Exceptional stay. Luis and Carmen were super responsive, flexible and extremely kind. They even brought us cookies halfway through our stay. We stayed for 10 days and had no issues. The beds were comfortable the rooms were cozy. The character and charm was perfect for our stay. Only recommendation would be a full length mirror somewhere in the space and a clothes rack in the front room as it does not have a closet.

Paty and Eduardo are great hosts. Whenever I had questions, they responded immediately. They were very kind, their space is comfortable and cute, and the location can't be beat. I would definitely stay here again.

Great host, great apartment - especially the roof top. If you have a light sleep, I recommend to sleep in the upper area, as the steet noise in the main sleeping room was too loud. But overall a great experience!

An incredible place, of quality, comfortable and clean to rest and have a good time, very good security, faithful to the publication, highly recommended, very comfortable bedrooms, we sleep wonderfully, nice view, there are many places to eat in the area, it is very worthwhile and I would stay here again

Raul was super-responsive and helpful. We enjoyed using the buidling's amenities: Pool (good for lap-swimming), hot and cold tubs, gym, and roof deck. Amazing city views! Lots of street/traffic noise, but it didn't bother us too much, since we're used to it. Everything was comfortable and clean.

Emilio was great and very attentive. The apartment was clean and close to where we needed to go for work. I would definitely recommend this please.

We loved our stay. Santa María is a beautiful area and feels like you are living as a local. We had a family of 5 stay and we lived very comfortable. The house had everything we needed for our 10 day stay. We particularly loved the courtyard where we had our meals and the kids enjoyed the 2 playgrounds the property offered. The building has 24 hour security and the area is very safe. Paty is an exceptional host very responsive and helpful. So much that she sent a toaster to us so the kids could eat toast. We loved our stay and would definitely stay again.

Great place for the value. We really enjoyed the sweet little courtyard and quiet privacy from the hustle and bustle while still being close to lots of exciting spots. The bed was SO comfy, appreciated the blackout curtains as well. The house stays cool and was all very comfortable with beautiful furniture.

I have stayed here before; location is excellent for all of the amenities that La Concesa offers. I will stay here again if/when the ocasión arises.

This is a wonderful property in a great location. As good as the pictures suggested. Andrea also helped us to find a wonderful local chef who came in and cooked a couple of superb Mexican dinners for us. Three of the bedrooms are spacious and perfect. One is a bit smaller with no bathroom. The outdoor space is enjoyable and Andrea responded superbly when the city's water supply failed and supplied a tanker immediately. I highly recommend this place. There is a bit of street noise but we would happily return to this property
