Het is een heerlijke vrijstaande cottage met airconditioning van alle gemakken voorzien in een zeer landelijke omgeving in de ruime tuin van onze boerderij uit 1703. Het heeft 2 ruime slaapkamers, een woonkamer, ruime leefkeuken met alle apparatuur en op de begane grond een ruime badkamer met een aparte waskamer met wasmachine en droger. Op het erf is een puppycreche gevestigd. Het geheel ligt in Eemnes. Slechts 30 autominuten van Amsterdam en Utrecht en de bus stop bijna voor de deur.

The chalet is placed in a unique location close to the beach and a view over the bulb fields + dunes. The accommodation is located next to our beautiful riding school; we try to take our guests into account as much as possible with regard to (noise) nuisance, but we do work to take care of our horses. A small Eden, within the former peatlands area between Utrecht and Amsterdam, is where you'll find our nature cabin. Equipped with al the necessary luxuries, the cabin has windows in all directions and from the lounge sofa you have a wonderful view of the surrounding nature and body of water. The fantastic porch/terrace has double doors and a lovely swing chair, built to start daydreams. And just a stonesthrow away from the cabin there's a wonderful spa (Spa Sereen).

Enjoy our beautifully renovated chalet located in nature reserve De Veluwe which is perfect for a family of 5! That is, there are fixed beds for 4. There is a baby crib, which also fits in the master bedroom! Adding a camping bed (available) or your own air bed in the children's room is no problem. We do not allow parties. The beautiful sunny garden also has lovely shade spots and is rich in many birds & squirrels. Waking up early in this place is really a party!

Hoeve Nieuw Batelaar has its own private entrance and garden, and guarantees a lot of privacy. The large living room, with an open kitchen has special views over the countryside, and gives guests a sense of calm and space. The spacious bedroom has a luxurious box spring bed for 2 people. The 2nd bedroom has an extendable double bed. The spacious bathroom with a massage shower and infrared sauna, gives access to a wonderfully heated indoor swimming pool.

It is beautifully located between the bulb fields in spring. Our accommodation is experienced by the children as very nice, close to mom and dad and yet their own place, parents have more privacy, there is an outdoor garden with a veranda where you can sit.... photos to follow, it's just finished, ....cycling in the area is recommended, ( free bikes )
