A lovely, cosy (with complete privacy) holiday cottage in the beautiful Frisian water sports village of Woudsend. The village is located in the heart of the Frisian lake district. You will be staying with the harbour master of Woudsend, Corine. The cottage's flower garden (butterfly garden) offers plenty of privacy and is situated right below the 't Lam' corn mill. Come here to unwind with your loved one, away from the hustle and bustle. You will find peace and quiet, and you will be woken by the sounds of tits, blackbirds and sparrows (and sometimes, on Sundays, by the church bells). Cosy and quiet 3 story-house in the heart of the beautiful and historical centrum of Hoorn. Walking distance to musea, restaurants and shopping streets. Very complete, including 2 complimentary bicycles and a Chromecast for rainy days. The house has 3 floors, whereby WC is on the ground floor, the kitchen/living room/douche are on the first floor and the bedrooms are on the second. Interesting for you to know is that we blok 2-3 weeks every year in order to do maintenance on the house.

Enjoy peace, space, and coziness at this authentic farmhouse. Our farmhouse is built in 1904 to West Frisian model, and has served as a garnish shop in addition to farmhouse. When we bought the farm, he was 116 years old, and had the necessary overdue maintenance. Little by little we are renovating the house, so it now has well-functioning heating again! We're putting Airbnb's proceeds back into the home, so we're now saving up for renovating the roof.
