In our lovely, large basement apartment of approx. 90 m2, you get a little extra for your money. It has a large luxurious bathroom with a wellness shower. I've made the beds and the towels are ready. In the kitchen there is a dishwasher, oven and fridge/freezer, coffee maker and electric kettle. Bedroom, hallway, large living room and room with two beds. The apartment has marble floors and underfloor heating and is located in the basement of the house. It is only 100 meters to Rema, 500 meters to the center of Ikast and 10 minutes by car to Herning.

Located by forest and Skjern River. Close to Brande and the highway. 17 min by car to the box / Herning. 35 min by car to Legoland, 20 min by car to the Lion Park, dining place 1 km. There is a path through the forest, over Skjern River to shopping 800 m. Søby lignite camp with museum 20 min. by car. Harrild Hede with marked trails. Skating rink.

Centrally located with free parking, and electric charging stations right in front of the house. Grocery store with bakery and delicatessen. Pizza on the same street. There's also a butcher shop, with delicacies and ready-made meals. There is a good playground for both small and older children. Private entrance to apartment on the 1st floor. I live on the ground floor myself and can often help with questions. I can help with toys and things for smaller children. There is a key box. It is NOT possible to bring pets and to smoke indoors

The apartment is bright and welcoming with kitchen with stove, oven and fridge/freezer, newly renovated bathroom, nice large bedroom, bedroom and large living room with dining area and sofa bed (130x190cm). The apartment is centrally located. 150 meters to Herning Congress Center and walking distance to the pedestrian street and Herning Center, where there are plenty of dining, bars and shopping. The train station with good bus and train connections is just a 7-minute walk away.

Possibility to use/book wilderness bath DKK 500 for 1 preparation The small apartment has a private entrance mini kitchen, refrigerate small freezer, microwave mini oven cooktop and coffee maker. You provide your own breakfast. But I'm happy to buy in for you. Just write what you want and we'll settle for bon. A single small pet is also welcome if they don't get on the furniture.
