The first floor is barrier free, making it easy for wheelchairs and people with leg problems to get around. Please relax in a space where you can feel the beautiful wood grain and enjoy sightseeing. It is close to tourist destinations and convenient for transportation. About a 1-minute walk to the station entrance. There is also a supermarket, convenience store, and restaurants nearby, making it very convenient. The house is located on a small road off the main road, making it a calm place that makes you feel like you are living in Japan. Please note that it is quiet late at night, but there is a bar next door, so you may hear voices and singing until around 10 pm. On the other hand, you won't have any trouble eating out, and you can experience ordinary Japanese life. It is 2 stations to Namba, so it is easy to go to Nara, Kyoto, and Wakayama.
