The transparent veranda is my favorite corner, to immerse myself in a feeling of sea and meadow. Jonny & Wendy's Barn

The apartment, located in the village of Rosignano Marittimo that lies on a hill, was obtained from the old stables of the well-known Castle of Rosignano that overlooks the same village. Centrally located, a stone's throw from restaurants with typical Tuscan cuisine, pizzerias and party areas, it allows you to easily reach the seaside areas of the nearby hamlets of Castiglioncello, Rosignano Solvay and Vada where the famous white beaches are located.

The apartment is in a very quiet area of Rosignano Marittimo, a small hill town not far from the Etruscan Coast and the sea (about 5 km). It is very easily reachable thanks to the main roads such as the Tyrrhenian Highway and the Aurelia Variant, thanks to which you can also very easily visit the main Art Cities of Tuscany, the typical Villages or you can very simply enjoy the sea and return in the evening feeling at home.

Borgometato - Fico

There is a place a few steps away from the famous VERSILIA (Tuscany) called BORGOMETATO. Here various structures have been designed by the Architect Stefano Viviani, who has realized In each of them, a very refined style respectful to the place. Il Borgo di Metato is surrounded by olive trees, lots of green spaces and there are some donkeys for the joy of children. Il FICO is part of this place.

La Casa de Bubu
