THYMUS is the accommodation at Podere la Ginestra in Rosignano Marittimo. It is a self-contained property in a rustic Tuscan style, with a view of the sea along the Etruscan Coast. It is located on the first floor of the farmhouse that was once my family's residence. It consists of a bright living room/kitchen, two double bedrooms and a bathroom. At Podere la Ginestra, in a rejuvenating atmosphere and in contact with nature, you will find a swimming pool, areas with barbecues and tables, and a centuries-old olive grove with seating. An ancient deconsecrated church dating back to the early 1900s, originally built as a private chapel of Villa Philipson. Chiesino Dei Vaioni has a loft structure with two double bedrooms on two separate mezzanines. Outside, there is a kitchen with a wood-burning oven, private gardens with a tree-lined avenue and an olive grove. The gates and internal stairs were built by the Antica Fonderia Michelucci. Chiesino Dei Vaioni is immersed in the Tuscan countryside just minutes from the city.

It is very easily reachable thanks to the main roads such as the Tyrrhenian Highway and the Aurelia Variant, thanks to which you can also very easily visit the main Art Cities of Tuscany, the typical Villages or you can very simply enjoy the sea and return in the evening feeling at home.
