The house is twenty minutes from the sea and fifteen minutes from the Citadel of Tortolì. 5 minutes from the Citadel of Tortolì, we have the Port of Arbatax with the possibility of a route to and from the island. The apartment is on the first floor with two double bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room, a bathroom, a storage room, and two terraces. The vacation home is available all year round for short-term rentals.

Visit the nearby beaches of the Ogliastra coast, the archaeological complex of Scerì, where you can admire the nuraghe, a village and the domus de Janas.

In the basement, there is a room (no windows) with a double bed, a small sofa and a full bathroom. On the 1st floor, there is a room with a kitchen, a wood-burning stove (decorative only), a sofa bed for 2 people, a balcony and a full bathroom. Finally, on the terrace, we have outdoor furniture under a gazebo and a built-in grill.
