New T2 type house with all comforts located on the Rhuys peninsula 10 km from Arzon/Port du Crouesty and 7 km from Sarzeau. Very nice view of the Gulf of Morbihan(direct view of the island of Arz and the island of monks). Immediate access (100 m) to coastal hiking trails and the beach with the possibility of kayak rental. Close to cycle paths. Parking at the foot of the accommodation. Small supermarket/ Bar with bread delivery, Pub, direct sale at the farm 1 km away.

Fisherman's house Sea view, with stove (2 to 4 people)

Adorable house of 70 m2. Ideal for a couple's stay (or 4 people thanks to the sofa bed in the TV corner). FACING the SEA and 200 meters from shops, the house is ideally located. Enjoy the garden or discover the charm of the Gulf of Morbihan, its beaches, islands, coastal trails and the towns of Vannes, Auray, etc. And if the weather is cool, enjoy the stove in the evening. I will be happy to welcome you, show you around and share some good local places.

Studio with parking, quiet, near the port

This studio was created on the ground floor of our house. You have a separate entrance to the garden and its oleanders and a parking space in the driveway. The studio is fully equipped with a real kitchen, desk and Wi-Fi. Ideally located 500 meters from the pier for the Gulf of Morbihan islands, on the right bank (25-minute walk to the port in the city center). From Vannes and our neighborhood in particular, you are ideally located to visit Morbihan.

La Cachette Perdue, 300 metres from the beach, the port, this atypical small studio apartment has everything you need to relax as a couple. Mini hammam in shower, 2x seater bathtub (which is replacing the Nordic bath in photo 1) , 5.1 home cinema in the bedroom. *To have a pleasant stay in summer and winter, we lend two bicycles at no extra cost. They are loaned free of charge. ⚠️ accommodation not recommended for people over 60 and for babies.

Small accommodation very well equipped, peaceful and central. Traditional Breton longhouse. 5 minutes from the beach, facing south. Charming little traditional lodge, fully renovated. This cozy little nest nestled in the heart of the Gulf of Morbihan, welcomes you with all the comforts you need for a solo or couple getaway. The interior is designed "like in a boat" and an adjoining garden is available for you to eat or rest in the hammock. Located in the heart of Bourg, in a small quiet square, shops and most beaches are a few minutes walk away.

Dream location with 360 degree views of the gulf. Easy access because 300 m from the landing of the island of Arz. And the best crêperie is across the street. Comfortable and well equipped studio for a quiet and disconnected stay, for 3 people at most. The terrace and the private garden allow you to have lunch outside, quietly facing the sea. In the evening, you admire the sunset from your sofa.

Charming accommodation with its small terrace where you will enjoy breakfast facing the rising sun and a view of the Gulf. You will only have a few minutes on foot to go take your sea bath and feast in the creperies and restaurants very close by. Not to mention the coastal path (full tower 24 kms) on which you will appreciate the beauty of this pearl of the Gulf.
