Quiet house with character, Loctudy – Lesconil

Ideally located 1.8 km from the charming port of Lesconil and the large white sandy beach. Living room, open kitchen, living room/wood-burning stove, sofa bed, bathroom: shower and toilet. Upstairs on mezzanine, the staircase to access it is steep, with 2 beds (90 x 200). Beds are made on arrival for a relaxing and rejuvenating vacation. Possibility of lunch/dinner outside in the shared courtyard of this Breton farmhouse (south facing). Baby kit available on request.

Come and enjoy our house on Tudy Island with views of the Kermor pond located on a landscaped garden of 1000 m2. The garden has several spaces to be able to relax according to the sun cycle and a play area for the children. No passage on the garden side, the west facing terrace to enjoy the sunset and out of sight. You can walk to the beach located at exactly 419m on foot to the beach located at 419m on foot Fresh eggs on a daily basis. Our two cats are to be kept.

The perfect base from which to relax in peace, the living room overlooks two terraces and a beautiful enclosed garden of 1,000 m2. We rent our house from Saturday to Saturday.
