Waterfront holiday rentals in Îles des Saintes

Very well decorated accommodation, in a green setting, the open kitchen is fantastic, we have lunch with the birds (be careful not to leave a fruit on the table otherwise it will be eaten!). The people of the neighborhood are welcoming and warm, breakfast served at the end of the street with a food truck we love, the kayak tour to the cousteau reserve is an incredible setting. We are delighted with this stay. Thank you

Claude's apartment is on the sea. You can have beautiful aperitifs practically on the water. The parking spot is attached to the entrance, a short walk away there is a good restaurant and, always there, a kayak rental. Claude was very kind and offered us a homemade jam and gave us useful instructions! Recommended for those who want to visit lowlands based in bouillant!

We stayed several nights at Philippe's place. The accommodation is impeccable, nothing to say, and the location is awesome, the beach is really next door as advertised and we see it from the terrace! Beautiful sunset also seen from the terrace😍😍. The concierge is also very kind, and answers our questions quickly. she prepared us a meal (for a fee) when we arrived because we were arriving late, so don't hesitate to ask her.

we had a wonderful stay at Cindy's place. you can access a pebble beach in less than 2 minutes and the Thomas baths so quickly. the apartment is perfect, sea view, small pool to cool off. cindy is very discreet, it felt like you were alone. the wifi is too weak to capture well but disconnecting on vacation is not a defect i would recommend this rental thanks Cindy.

A gorgeous place with a spectacular view! Everything matched the photos, with a great kitchen, spacious bedroom, and luxurious outdoor bathtub. We spent every evening enjoying the glorious sunset from the terraces (there are two!). All the reviews are accurate — Anaïs greeted us upon check-in with such enthusiasm and clear passion for her beautifully renovated apartment. Her attention to detail with the modern decor was impressive and made our stay extra special. Anaïs was friendly and communicative, helping us with anything we needed. The location was peaceful but close to shops and convenient for exploring the island by car. Highly recommend!

Great apartment, very well equipped with several extras (really a lot of kitchen items, spices, coffee, local fruits… everything is there). Several beach towels, fins, mask and snorkel available, beach basket, several books about the area… Apartment larger than I imagined, we felt at home, safe and no bugs during our stay. The description is very accurate, no unpleasant surprises. Very friendly and welcoming host. Beautiful view of the marina and walking distance to the beach. Several small shops nearby (2 bakeries, butcher shop, local market, grocery store, restaurant)

Perfect little quiet nest and directly on the beach of the mire cove. The terrace is spacious, shaded, very nice, the kitchen is more than enough, the bedroom with air conditioning is spacious, the bathroom is nickel. It's possible to put on the snorkel masks from the accommodation and go directly to visit the beautiful fish nearby. Feel free to visit the wreck a few fathoms from the beach...

I stayed some days in Line’s cottage with a friend. The cottage is super, we enjoyed our stay a lot. Line is very friendly and took good care of us. The check-in and the check-out were flexible and easy. The cottage is pretty, clean and very quiet and the view is the best ever. We can warmly recommend the gîte to other travellers and would be happy to come back one day.

We had a great time. The cottage is very well equipped, spacious, clean and well located for discovering the south of lowland. The pool with sea view is exceptional. Carol and Jean Pierre live upstairs but remain very discreet and available if needed.

Very good hosting and accommodation. Quiet studio and very nice setting. Jonathan is a very friendly host with whom we were able to chat well.

There were five of us who used the cottage as a family. It is at the height, very private and quiet and the views of Les Saintes and the other Antilles are fantastic. Inside spacious, kitchen well equipped. The communication with host Anne-Sophie was great. Easily accessible and super nice, very helpful for minor problems with water and power. We will be happy to come back!

Murielle's place is as described. Location is ideal for visiting Basse Terre. The sunset from the pool is stunning. Murielle and Mario are very friendly and introduced us to the local specialties. Murielle took the time to guide us to the listing following a GPS problem, despite special circumstances.

Catherine's villa is just as beautiful as it appears in the photographs, and is a place of great peacefulness too. It must be noted that it is a mile from the ferry landing (and I chose not to rent a car or moto) so there is a lot of walking necessary. As I do not like to cook on vacation, I was taken by surprise that there were really only two places to eat: Chez Eugenette, very nearby but always booked solid and only serving at lunch (excellent the one time I got to eat there); and Iguana Snack, again at the landing a mile away with a very very limited menu. There are four small epiceries (groceries) on Terre de Bas, two nearby and two about three miles away, but with limited stock (in all three there were only four bottles of SPF 50 sunblock, and two bottles of SPF 6 sunblock (6 !!!) The beach near the villa is not inviting; I never got to the far side of the island.

we had a lovely stay with our 2 children, the beach is just down the accommodation and the seabed is rich. The place is spacious and we enjoyed the beautiful terrace in the evening. The person who received us is very friendly and accommodating. thank you for this beautiful stay in Petite Anse!

Very pleasant stay of about ten days in Ginette's bungalow. She warmly welcomed us upon arrival, offering us a bottle of a great homemade punch and fruit pasta. The breakfast ingredients the next day were also waiting for us: bread, butter, delicious homemade jams, coffee, milk in the fridge. The bungalow is very clean and well-equipped, the linens and towels are impeccable and Ginette has friendly touches for her guests. The bungalow is very well located, a short walk to the pretty beach of Petite Anse. Bouillante and its shops are 5' drive away. In short, a great place for a nature and relaxing stay!

The condominium could be found well with the navigation. Hélène and Harry welcomed us warmly and explained everything to us. The listing is 100% the same as the photos. It has been decorated with love. The view of the ocean is amazing. The balcony is very spacious. We would like to have one of those at home. Within walking distance is the jetty, where the ships go to Les Saintes. The jetty goes down in about 10 minutes, back uphill then takes a little longer. However, the walk is very rewarding, because the parking spaces are limited (traffic chaos) and subject to a fee. The starting point for a hike to the volcano can also be easily reached by car. However, the weather should play along, otherwise you won't see anything if you arrive upstairs after a strenuous hike. Good shoes are highly recommended. We highly recommend the place. Thank you for the great time.

the top floor accommodation has an exceptional view. it is large, very pleasant and very well-equipped. very clean and well located very close to shops and the city center without having the noises and inconveniences of many tourists. Catherine is very responsive. I highly recommend.

Philippe and his wife are extremely charming, welcoming and really attentive hosts. Very concerned about the well-being of these hosts. We were able to count on them throughout our stay. Small homemade coconut ice cream upon arrival. What more could you ask for? We're so grateful for this first experience in Guadeloupe. And of course we will be back…

We loved our stay at Brigitte's place. The place is beautiful, the cleanliness of the place was spotless. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor terrace, overlooking the Saintes and the sound of the waves. It has everything you need, with new appliances. Although several apartments were located in this place, it was quiet during our stay. Close to the Lighthouse to watch the sunset or eat pizza at the adjacent restaurant. The proximity to many hikes (including the Soufrière volcano, the Bassin bleu) allowed us to explore the many local trails and waterfalls. We were very well received by Virginia, who responded very quickly to any questions we had and offered us helpful recommendations upon arrival. We will definitely return for a future stay in Guadeloupe. I would highly recommend it.
