Wonderful beach house on Ilha Grande

Excellent house for up to 12 (twelve) people in the paradisiacal Praia de Maguariquessaba on Ilha Grande. It is a perfect house to enjoy the days of rest and leisure, enjoying the beach, the transparent and warm waters of the bay of Ilha Grande, and the Atlantic Forest that surrounds it. The house has 3 (three) large en-suites, with bathrooms equipped with hot water in the sinks and showers. Two suites with ocean views and the third with a view of the Atlantic Forest, all with air-conditioning and ceiling fan, and accommodating up to 4 (four) people each (double bed and a bunk bed). The great kitchen is fully equipped for 12 (twelve) people and has a large refrigerator and freezer, blender, electric grill, mixer, a stove with oven and 5 burners, barbecue and washing machine. The spacious living room is integrated with the kitchen and completely glazed, allowing you to enjoy the scenery even from inside the house. Around the whole house, there is a large 3-meter-wide balcony where you can enjoy the coolness of its shade. We have a mooring point for those arriving by speedboat or boat.
