Cozy and quiet two-storey house in the middle of the green, deck and pool. Furnished and with cooking basics. Two parking spaces. High-rise condominium with fast access beach and complete nautical infrastructure. The Space - A simple, practical, comfortable and pleasant house amid the green that provides moments of peace and leisure with quick access to the beaches of the condominium and the possibility of taking advantage of Angra on speedboat tours, since the Condominium is the closest to Ilha Grande. Guest Access - The Condominium has three beaches is a football court that are available to guests. Interaction with Guests - the caretaker will be on hand for weekly outside cleaning and support in case of any problems. A cleaner will be available for cleaning at the end of the period and the cost is included in the daily rate. This day laborer is available for hire throughout the period upon request. The Host will always be available for any issues with the home. The neighborhood - in the Condominium the houses have 15 Km of paved roads, water and electricity networks, garbage collection, street cleaning and water distributions with their own springs and away from any type of pollution, two markets, bakery, butcher shop, fish shop, marina is an international standard security system, with 25h monitoring by cameras. Coming and going - the Condominium has free public transportation, which can take you to one of the beaches. Other Observations- 3 of the four bedrooms in the house are upstairs, while the 4th bedroom is downstairs, on the same level as the living room, behind the kitchen. The suite has a double bed and air conditioning, the second bedroom has a double bed is a single bed and air conditioning, the third has a bunk bed with a ceiling fan and the bedroom, downstairs, is a suite with two single beds is an air circulator. The room has no air conditioning, we have three air circulators that can be moved as needed. There is the possibility of placing 1 crib in the room indicated by the guest.

Wonderful beach house on Ilha Grande

Excellent house for up to 12 (twelve) people in the paradisiacal Praia de Maguariquessaba on Ilha Grande. It is a perfect house to enjoy the days of rest and leisure, enjoying the beach, the transparent and warm waters of the bay of Ilha Grande, and the Atlantic Forest that surrounds it. The house has 3 (three) large en-suites, with bathrooms equipped with hot water in the sinks and showers. Two suites with ocean views and the third with a view of the Atlantic Forest, all with air-conditioning and ceiling fan, and accommodating up to 4 (four) people each (double bed and a bunk bed). The great kitchen is fully equipped for 12 (twelve) people and has a large refrigerator and freezer, blender, electric grill, mixer, a stove with oven and 5 burners, barbecue and washing machine. The spacious living room is integrated with the kitchen and completely glazed, allowing you to enjoy the scenery even from inside the house. Around the whole house, there is a large 3-meter-wide balcony where you can enjoy the coolness of its shade. We have a mooring point for those arriving by speedboat or boat.
