From the south side of the cabins you will find a pathway that will take you through our 7 acres of woods and down to a lakeside pergola that has comfortable outdoor furniture, a bar, and view of our beloved Centralia Lake and spillway.

Our local area has many hiking opportunities to explore, the Southern Illinois Wine Trail surrounds us, and the back roads have country views that are breathtaking. Our cabin will be waiting for your arrival or return, well equipped with a 55" TV above the gas fireplace, a comfortable King size bed, and an amazing back porch with a Weber Grill and huge hot tub.

Tucked into the rolling hills of the Shawnee National Forest, our modern cabin offers a welcoming retreat where comfort and nature meet. Once used by seasonal farm labor in the 1930s, Bunkhouse Seventy-Four is a fully restored historic bunkhouse with all the modern amenities for a comfortable getaway. Perfect for couples, it features a full kitchen, bath, queen bed, a spacious porch, beautiful antique stained glass windows, a private outdoor soaking tub (Apr-Nov) on a 7 acre hobby farm.
