Prices are per night including breakfast for 2 people. You can have a pleasant holiday with your loved ones in our 1+1 stone house with a 350 m2 private garden and a heated private pool. The bedroom has a double bed, a jacuzzi with a glass top that overlooks the sky, and air conditioning. The living room has a small kitchen with a mini fridge, a sofa that can be opened to accommodate 2 people, air conditioning and a fireplace. There is a pool, fire pit, stone barbecue in the garden. There is wifi, Netflix. (Pool heating is not operated during the summer months)

İkisi ebeveyn banyolu 3 çift kişilik yatak odamızın haricinde asma katımızda çift kişilik yatağa dönüşebilen bir kanepemiz bulunmaktadır. (Havuz ısıtması yaz aylarında kapatılmaktadır.)

Please make a reservation with the location in mind. The city center is a maximum of half an hour away. It is protected by a 24-hour camera. Phone reception is quite weak. Internet is connected via satellite, communication, video, etc. is sufficient. There are two bungalows, the entrance and parking lot are shared.

Our 80 m2 house in a 700 m2 garden has 3 bedrooms + 1 living room, 2 bathrooms, balcony, winter garden, heated pool, 24-hour hot water, washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, TV, iron, ironing board, baby bed, high chair, hair dryer, barbecue and kitchen supplies. The distance to the center of Sapanca is 4 km. The distance to Kırkpınar is 15 minutes. House and pool maintenance is only done when guests check in. Pool heating is up to 33 degrees

All the facilities you need are in place under this triangular roof. In our 3-person triangular Bungalows, we can accommodate +1 more people with additional bed reinforcement if needed. Cast iron stove, garden terrace, stone barbecue, 24-hour heated swimming pool and unique lake view… A private area reserved for you and your enjoyment, away from prying eyes with its large garden isolated from the outside.

okay, we have a detached stone bungalow in the garden with 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms. 6 people can stay with the sofas in the living room. We have a barbecue and fire pit in the garden and a closed gazebo. There are all the kitchen supplies that should be in a house. Our 3x7 meter pool is completely sheltered. I prefer our guests to be family members or groups of girlfriends. Thank you. Our pool is heated.
