(Pool heating is also available, in case it is not open, it is sufficient to inform 2,3 in advance, the use of the jacuzzi is prohibited until 30 September due to drought.)

Price per night including breakfast for 2. You can have a pleasant holiday with your loved ones in our 1+1 stone house with a 350m2 detached garden and heated private pool. The bedroom has a double bed , a jacuzzi with a glass sky view, and air conditioning. The living room has a kitchenette with a mini fridge, an armchair that can accommodate 2 people, air conditioning and a fireplace. There is a pool, fire pit, stone barbecue in the garden. There is wifi , netflix. (Pool heating is not operated in the summer)

Villa Wonka Sapanca Sapanca tren istasyonuna yürüyerek 6 dk, göl kenarına ise 15 dk mesafede bulunan villamız aileniz ve sevdiklerinizle keyifli vakit geçirmeniz için tasarlandı. Evden sadece bir adım atarak ısıtmalı havuzumuza girebilir, yerden ısıtmalı ve şömineli evimizde huzurla konaklayabilirsiniz. İkisi ebeveyn banyolu 3 çift kişilik yatak odamızın haricinde asma katımızda çift kişilik yatağa dönüşebilen bir kanepemiz bulunmaktadır. (Havuz ısıtması yaz aylarında kapatılmaktadır.)

Our 80 m2 house in 700 m2 garden has 3 bedrooms + 1 living room, 2 bathrooms, balcony, winter garden, heated pool, 24-hour hot water, washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, TV, iron, ironing board, baby bed, high chair, hair dryer, barbecue and kitchen utensils. The distance to the center of Sapanca is 4 km. The distance to Kırkpınar is 15 minutes. House and pool maintenance is only done at guest check-ins. Pool heating is maximum 33 degrees
