Has a spacious living room, modern equppied kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed and a wardrobe, neat bathroom, and a balcony with a mountain view of Olimp. It includes wifi, satellite tv, and airconditioning that is included in the price. There are numerous shops, cafes and restaurants around the apartment and a supermarket is approximately 800ft (250m) near which makes it super easy to enjoy your stay.

Το κατάλυμα μας βρίσκεται στην Παραλία της Κατερίνης πάνω σε εμπορικό πεζόδρομο. Απέχει περίπου 300 μέτρα από το κέντρο (εκκλησία) του χωριού και 200 μέτρα από το αλιευτικό καταφύγιο. Κατά τη διάρκεια του καλοκαιριού απέναντι υπάρχει φούρνος και μίνι μάρκετ στο ισόγειο του κτιρίου. Η απόσταση από τη θάλασσα είναι 25 μέτρα. Ελεύθερα δημοτικά πάρκινγκ βρίσκονται σε 50 μέτρα. Δεν υπάρχει ανελκυστήρας στο κτίριο.
