C'est le seul appartement dont le balcon de 17m2 est construit au dessus du chemin qui longe la plage, offrant une vue exceptionnelle sur les vagues, le village, les pêcheurs, les surfeurs. Willkommen, Marhaban, Bienvenue und Welcome! Das im maurischen Stil erbaute Haus liegt am Hang direkt an der Atlantikküste. Im oberen Stockwerk befinden sich 2 Apartments mit Duschbad und Terrassen, im unteren Stockwerk Küche, Schlafzimmer, Bad und Wohnzimmer mit Kamin. Zwei Terrassen mit Garten münden auf den glatten Felsen. Zum hauseigenen Strand sind es nur 3 Gehminuten. Je nach Wellengang kann man auch direkt vorm Haus ins Wasser springen.
