Lucrezia was responsive and helpful. The house is nice and peaceful, in the contryside. You must have a car to reach it. Overall a good deal if you don't want to stay in the city

We had a wonderful stay at Piero’s villa! Quiet, coz, beautiful surroundings ! It was exactly what we needed after the hustle and bustle of Rome and Florence. Piero is an excellent host. He went above and beyond to help us. He drove us to the market and to train station on the day of a holiday when transportation was scarce. I would highly recommend this gem!

Patrizia’s home was very spacious and rustic. Great base camp to see the surrounding areas and great amenities nearby.

We had an exceptionally pleasant experience during our stay. The host Guendalina and her husband Paolo were extremely kind and always available. The apartment was exceptionally clean, spacious, comfortable, and just a short five minutes walk from the historic center of Ferrara. Everything was within walking distance. The biggest hit with the kids was the football table. We will definitely return to gorgeous Ferrara for a longer stay.

We really enjoyed Caterina’s apartment. It was well set up with everything we needed. We really appreciated the easy to use washing machine as we travel with only a few clothes so have to wash frequently.The location was ideal. Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby, as well as a supermarket. We were able to work out the local bus to get into the centre a bit quicker but it was walkable. Caterina was very approachable gave us lots of hints and suggestions and checked in with us to see how we were going . A very enjoyable and memorable time for us in Bologna.

Marco is a great host and incredibly helpful! He gave us recommendations for a few local restaurants and helped us make reservations. The apartment is walkable and ~20-30 minutes from the city center. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, which was a nice break from the city center.

the place was amazing with everything walking distance, there is an elevator to the apartment then few steps, very calm clean and neat building, the host Alessandro was very responsive and gave me alot of recommendations for my stay, he even allowed me for an early check-in with no extra charge, gave me extra towels, a big bottle of water and biscuits as a welcoming gift. will be recommending his place to others for sure

It was really beyond our expectations. The accommodation is beautiful, well equipped, especially the bathroom which is large and very convenient. We would highly recommend staying here. They respond in a very short time. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. We loved it all!

Giacomo was an excellent host. so accommodating and flexible, couldn't have asked for anything more. His place was fantastic, very clean, even provided snacks. Checking in and out was so easy, he was there to meet us and see us off. We really enjoyed our stay!

The host was extremely responsive and helpful. Would recommend this rental to either families or really close friends because the rooms are not completely enclosed (open ceilings). Also not recommended for light sleepers since the noise level from the square below is quite loud (the host does provide earplugs which helps somewhat). The stairs to the upper rooms were challenging (particularly in the dark). Aside from that, it is in an awesome location (walking distance to most major attractions) and is a beautiful property.

It is not at all that this location is preferred by the guests. The apartment is very nice, we received it clean and smelling. Rosaria was extremely attentive and requests with us. We arrived earlier than check-in and she allowed us to leave our bags and then released the apartment to us. The site is very close to a bus line that access to the city center, in addition to being in a very safe neighborhood. I only have to thank Rosaria for having received us.

We had a lovely time at Sofia's apartment. It is very nice and tastefully furnished. It is also beautifully located in the old center of Bologna in a cozy student neighborhood. Everything (attractions, museums, the Piazza Maggiore) is at walking distance. We will definitely come back here!

My family and I had a great stay! The apartment is close to the center, a stone's throw from the Accademia Gallery, in an area where there is less crowds of tourists. It is a recently renovated apartment, well furnished, comfortable, clean and wider than what you perceive from the photos. There are all the necessary amenities for medium-long stays and Andrea, the host, was very hospitable and helpful. The small elevator is very useful, since the apartment is on the upper floors.

Location is very good and room was clean. Easy to check in and get in. Most of all the host Alessandra was super nice. But be aware that in Firenze(actually most of Italy), there are many mosquittos. Prepare your mosquitto spray!

accommodation ideally located to visit Florence thanks to the metro 3min walk we arrive in the city center in 20min. clean and well-equipped accommodation with attention to detail as basic necessities perfect communication with hosts parking space is a big plus

Francesca takes pride in her apartment. She lives next door, too. The apartment is well outfitted. The washer_dryer is a great addition. the walk-in shower is terrific. There is a loose outlet in the bathroom. what a great kitchen with great finishes. The appliances are all in excellent condition and clean; even a toaster. There are potholders, plastic wrap, foil. Francesca has done a great job as host.

One of my favorite AirBNB experiences. Marco and Lorenzo were wonderful hosts - Lorenzo met us at the door and showed us around. We had a lovely bottle of wine and snacks as a welcome gift. The bedrooms were very comfortable, the living room quite large. The 2 bathrooms were a godsend, as I was traveling with my 18 year old niece, and she definitely enjoyed the privacy. We made good use of the washer and dryer, as we were halfway theough a 2 week trip. I loved every bit of my stay - not one thing I would change. Simply wonderful!

All perfect and easy! Very cosy and nice apartment, ideal for a family of 4 like us visiting Florence for a family reunion. Lots of nice ottiene restaurants nearby , 10-15 minutes easy walk to Ponte Ve. Gio and the center. There is also a bus stop by the house. The private carpark was a real plus and Morena is always available and easy to reach fir useful advice or anything you might need.

a very nice and attentive person, she speaks very good French and advised us very well to find a restaurant. She gave our daughter a little chicken and chocolates because it was Easter weekend, a charming attention and had prepared a basket for our dog. We were very well received. As for the accommodation, it is very spacious, well appointed, there is absolutely everything you need, nothing is missing. The environment is very quiet and there are nice walks to take. Highly recommend!
