Fantastic place. Well-furnished and clean apartment which easily accommodated me, my wife and our 16 year old daughter. The balcony looking over the old-town and the ever-changing blue of the bay was breathtaking. Close to numerous grocery stores, restaurants, and cafes. A 10 minute walk to the Promenade. The restaurant recommendations were excellent: especially Bistro d’Antoine. Would highly recommend it and hope to come back some day.

Extremely neat and clean apartment. Seemed almost like the first renting. Fantastic location with 180 degree Ocean view and looking directly at the mouth of the marina. Great for watching yachts come and go. Near all facilities. Very responsive host even after hours. Would rent again without hesitation.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Vytas' place near Eze, and it was an exceptional experience. The location is absolutely stunning, offering breathtaking views of the Mediterranean. I was very happy to have chosen Laurent's place. Not only was he super friendly and responsive, the place was perfect (and is perfect for long-terms stays, I stayed for a month), bakeries, restaurants, and grocery store are within 5-10 minutes walking distance, so are bus stops, train station, and of course the beach. The huge park right opposite of the building with lots of birds (parrots among them!) is a beautiful, quiet spot for walking (with or without dogs), jogging or just hanging out. AND it's an ideal base for going up and down the coast (Antibes, Cannes, Nice, Monaco) or to the backcountry (Tourette-sur-Loupe, Vance, Grasse etc). All in all (you guessed it) - highly recommended!

We had a lovely stay at Lena's. The apartment is impeccable, the balcony view is superb. Being able to park the car in the residence's free private parking lot is a big plus. We will come back without hesitation!

We had a great stay! The co-host (Görkem) was super friendly and responsive, always available and happy to help. He gave us lots of great recommendations before our arrival, which made planning our trip much easier. Everything we asked for was possible to arrange, which we really appreciated. The place itself is small but perfect for two people, and if you want to use the sofa as a bed, you just need to ask and they’ll prepare it for you. Overall, a very smooth and pleasant experience — would definitely recommend!

What a great place! We have stayed in many airbnb, but this one stands out. The place is very spacious and we loved the roof terras with the jacuzzi which worked perfect. Everything is provided in the place. Thank you Isabelle as well for the welcome gift of a bottle of local rose wine, orange juice and cookies. The beach is within a very easy 5 min walk. Antibes old town is fantastic and a splendid walk in the evening to get to so many beautiful places and excellent restaurants. We went with a 14 year old teenage girl and 10 year old boy and they both loved the city as well as the appartment. Thank you Isabelle!

Everything went well, the apartment is not very large but well furnished and it is very well located. Amedeo is friendly, he gave us plenty of good places to visit and I thank him for accepting that we came on Christmas Eve, if I go back to Sanremo I will be happy to rent his place again.

We had a lovely stay at Angelica’s place. Everything was as described. The communal pool was a great addition to the accommodation and we loved the sunny roof terrace in the morning.

Very friendly welcome and complete availability from the host. Apartment cared for in every detail and very clean. I highly recommend each couple as a small love escape, great bathtub is beautiful, the courtyard is beautiful☺️

I recommend the attic by the sea to everyone, a cozy and relaxing place within walking distance of the sea. Claudia was an impeccable host, always kind and available. Only the 4 flights of stairs, to consider if you have heavy luggage or reduced mobility, otherwise it becomes a pleasant free gym, as the listing says:) Thank you Claudia and see you next time!

I really enjoyed my stay here! I'm a solo female traveler and I thought the apartment was safe and in a walkable area next to great restaurants and the ocean. It was a quick walk to the train station as well. Olivier was a wonderful host!

Great stay, the environment is beautiful and quiet, the residence is well located. The accommodation is spacious, clean and well-equipped. Cindy is a responsive and caring host.

A quiet and nice accommodation in part of Nice we wanted to get to know more. The nearby railway with the station within a five-minute walk was beneficial as we also wanted to use it for a couple of trips. No disturbing noise from the trains. Slightly longer walk to get to the tram but both lines 1 and 2 within about ten minutes walking distance. Good kitchen area with modern stove and oven which was appreciated as we are happy to cook ourselves from local ingredients. Would love to come back to this home where we were well received by the host Kim and her kindness both before, during and after the stay. Highly recommended!

This apartment in Nice surpassed our expectations. We loved waking up with that view. We had all the amenities needed and it was in a quiet part of Nice (mont boron), not on the center where all the noise is. Classy, stylish place.

Beautiful view and a apartment with all the essentials you may need

We had a brilliant stay - very clean and comfortable. A great base to explore all along the Côte d’Azur. We really loved Antibes and there are lots of lovely local beaches. We took the A bus (for free!!) 15 mins to juan les pins and had a brilliant beach day. Ville Franche sur mer and Menton were also beautiful and easy to get to my train. We didn’t need a car at all as the bus stop is directly on the main road outside the complex and the train station is a 10-15 min walk. Would definitely recommend - a fantastic stay thanks so much

Elena is a very pleasant Host. She is super helpful and friendly. He also recommended where to dine and showed us a bit of the strategic points of the area. The home is fully stocked. Elena even offers intimate towels for women. In the morning we also received warm and fresh croissants, and we had everything available for breakfast. The view from the apartment is spectacular and when we went we didn't even pass too many cars that bump the atmosphere. Unfortunately, we did not use the pool because it is still a maintenance period, but we saw it and it is very nice. The garage is spacious and close to the apartment. Included in the spaces there is a very large terrace, cozy and equipped with loungers, shade or sun, preferably, barbecue and table with chairs. Really beautiful stay!! The only downside, not for us, if you don't like long walks, in the surroundings, you can't walk to the places as a first necessity

This studio is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Roselyne was a gracious, helpful, and responsive host. The amenities were wonderful, especially the terrace, the pool, and the rain shower next to the sauna! We certainly felt spoiled enjoying expresso on the terrace as the sun rose over the Mediterranean and a swim after lunch in the private pool. We were close enough to enjoy cappuccino and croissants in Italy in the morning and walk to the beach in Menton. Beware its a good 30 minute walk with many steps on the return trip, but well worth it! We arrived late after a day of exploring and the delicious French cheese, yogurt, jam and bread left for us were such a lovely surprise....it was difficult to leave this comfortable, clean, and beautiful place.

A perfect stay in Nice! The house is located on a beautiful hill with a magnificent view, quiet, ideal for relaxing. The place was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. A big thank you to my host, extremely kind, warm and always available. Everything is easily accessible by bus or walking, as long as you are comfortable with walking. Would definitely stay again!

We had a lovely stay in this warm and comfortable apartment. It is perfectly equipped to live every day. The kitchen and bathroom have been renovated with great care. We particularly appreciated the attention paid to lighting: the living room is very bright, with a nice six light bulb chandelier. The residence is quiet, secured by a code gate, and above all, there is a secure parking space. A perfect place to stay in complete tranquility!
