Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. It is about a 15-minute drive to the pottery town of Kasama. There is also a golf course nearby. Also, the highway ETC exit is close, making it easy to access Oarai and Ajiro. Hitachinaka Beach Park is about a 40-minute drive away. It is also an easy route to get to rock festivals. This is an entire place on the shore of a lake with a large garden on the banks of Otsuka Ichi, which is also selected as one of Ibaraki sightseeing.Designed as an architect's home, it's a great view upstairs when you go up the stairs to the entrance. The dining kitchen and the 15 tatami mat living room connected to the bedroom are also great for spacious parties. We have also completed our new room "Kado" from the spring of 2024! You can enjoy the garden and Otsuka Pond more, and the semi-double bed is arranged.(Use fee 7,000 yen or more for 10 people or free of charge) There is also a BBQ rental (5,000 yen), so please use the garden too! Access to downtown Mito is also good.

It is a calm, modern Japanese building that uses plenty of indirect lighting. The roughly 3,300 m² Japanese garden is also meticulously lit and can be enjoyed in all seasons. Please use it as a base for various activities such as concerts at the nearby Guitar Culture Museum, bus fishing at Kasumigaura, golf, sky sports, sightseeing orchard tours, Mt. Tsukuba climbing, and trail running. BBQ tools are available for rent separately for 5,500 yen. Oarai entire house (24 hour for self check-in)

Our house was renovated recently. 13 - 15 mins to Oarai station by walk. We also have several bicycles for visitors. You can use them for free. Since we don't live in this house currently, you can use entire home, and all rooms in the house. Please ask us about the price and room available, if you are interested.
