[Yuju's House] is a 🌼designer stay consisting of a total of 10 rooms, a living room, a classroom, and a showroom. Remodeled in June 2024, everything is new and newly prepared. It is a fragrance stay created by designer Yoojoo, and each room has a space fragrance work in progress. You can find natural fragrances that comfort your heart in the room. ​ 🏠Yooju's house is located near the Jungang Market in Suyu-dong, Gangbuk-gu. You can experience the local atmosphere up close. There are a lot of restaurants and cafes around the house, and we'll give you a list of recommendations for those who book:) Near Suyu Station, 419 Tower, Bukhansan, Hwagye Temple, Dosanse, 30 minutes to Myeongdong when taking the subway line 4 at Suyu Station There is a bus stop right in front of the accommodation, and it is convenient to go to Korea University, Dukseong Women's University, Sungkyunkwan University, and Korea University of Foreign Studies, which are close to Suyu Station. / This room is a space full of the scent of Lavender. Lavender scent relieves stress and helps you sleep.

Chonjip Lemon House

It's a rural village house. There is a garden, and you can take a walk in Gapyeong Arboretum, which is close to the accommodation, or hike as if you were taking a walk in Seorisan Mountain right in front of you, and there is a small valley, so it is a great place for playing in the water and taking a walk. This is a bed and breakfast where you can relax with your family or friends in a peaceful rural house away from the city. On summer nights, it's the best place to enjoy a barbecue with fireflies. In autumn, you can enjoy the autumn leaves all around you, and going up the back mountain and picking up at night will be a fun memory. In winter, you can enjoy winter in the white snow. You can enjoy the fire of the wood-burning stove and the sweetness of the sweet potato on the outdoor patio. You can also have a village-style brunch made with organic vegetables that the owner has clumsily farmed in the garden. The first floor is the owner's house and the second floor is the guest room. We only accept 1 team of guests. ※ There is no bed or TV. Please take note.

Congé means 'short break'. It is a private space where you can enjoy a comfortable and cozy rest while watching the sunset of the nearby forest and Jangwali. The ★default number of people is 2. Check-in: 15:00 ~ 20:00 / Check-out: 11:00, and the room is a 'Studio Ocean View'. Towels, hairdryers, and amenities are provided in the room. Please note that reservations cannot be changed 10 days before★ check-in! It is operated as no kids/no pets due to safety issues. (Only available for those over the age of 12.) In order to maintain★ a pleasant room condition, eating is not allowed in the room, but alcohol, beverages, and snacks are allowed. In the lounge, you can easily cook and eat except for foods such as grilled meat and spicy stew with a strong smell, and simple cooking tools are provided for this. ★ Barbecue and campfire service (paid) are provided.
