BEAUTIFUL APARTMENT FACING THE SEA AND POOL, a comfortable and complete space. It has 3 bedrooms, 1 suite, social bathroom, planned kitchen, dining room and gourmet balcony with barbecue. Bed and bath linens are NOT INCLUDED. During the renovation, we painted the entire apartment, changed the cabinets and mirrors in the bathrooms, new single mattress, changed the doorknobs, cleaned the sofa, bought beach chairs, coffee maker, sandwich maker, water filter and air fryer. Very comfortable house, with a "U" big front porch, spacious living room, 4 bedrooms (one suite - a private bathroom), 2 bathrooms, garden with barbecue equipment and garage for 3 cars. Built during the 50'ies, very spacious. It has been totally remodeled in 2020. You can also make a cruise on a sail boat which belongs to my brother, a very experienced captain. Houseboat, on the sand & charming...

An old boat house, built in the 1950s and belonging to the old Belvedere Hotel, located in a small bay called Sepituba. At this hotel, my father spent his youth canoeing. The place has a delicious energy to rest and contemplate the stunning view of the sea and Ilhabela, which is in front of us. It's a unique paradise! Namaste We accept 1 pet per stay (up to 20 kg).
