Holiday rentals with an accessible-height toilet in Indiana

Great price on a home that easily accommodated our group of 8. we loved the enclosed yard for little kids and the 2 car garage was AMAZING! well equipped for family meal prep. highly recommended.

The house was spacious with charm. No one was on top of each other. Furnishings were nice. The house was decorated nicely, needs a lil love, however it appeared to be taken care of. The area was a little sketchy, however we had zero issues. About a 12 minute scooter ride into downtown. Hopefully the area is a benefactor of the construction and growth that was down the road.

The home was clean, comfortable, and spacious. Our host was very kind and responsive. We felt right at home. Stayed six days and would’ve stayed longer, but sadly for us, the home was already booked. Highly recommend and would stay again.

Suzy and Erik were very welcoming to their beautiful home. We enjoyed the surroundings and visited the Dunes park and the nearby vinery.

This house could not have been more perfect for our needs. We needed a place close by in between selling our house and buying our house. As a local, I’ve never used Airbnb in my own city! I am pleased to say that Austin and his team are so easy to respond, not that I needed anything because everything was covered there. Huge refrigerator, beautiful kitchen with everything you need, including coffee! This is the cleanest Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. Not a crumb or stain anywhere in this house. The street is beautiful and tree lined, we loved taking the dogs for their walks on this adorable street. The fenced in backyard was perfect and had the cutest string lights. I really could go on and on, and I would highly recommend using Austin for any friends and family coming in town to visit (in fact, I have already recommended him and they are booking for May today!)

This home is SPECTACULAR! If your looking for a more private place for a larger group or family, this is it! We had PLENTY of space to spread out and the surroundings are beautiful! The large bathrooms were clean and in good working order. The bedrooms were beyond spacious and OMG the basement was fabulous! Our group enjoyed the pool table and making a few drinks at the bar. The basement is also MUCH larger than the pictures illustrate. The weather was on the cooler side so we didn't sit out on the deck but did step out to enjoy the pond view for a bit. It had plenty of seating. I really can't think of one major flaw. It is a home that is a little older, but it just added to the charm. If I had to mention anything it would be that the sound between floors traveled easy. When we were on the 3rd floor we could hear every conversation between rooms. Definitely not a deal breaker, and at moments proved to be quite funny. The two king beds downstairs are a bit firm. A+ rating

the home was comfortable and clean. the hot water definitely has a sulfur smell. I have well water at my home and it doesn't smell. the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with all the necessary items for our stay.

This place was super cozy and welcoming! We checked in at 3 pm, even though our check-in time was 4 pm. The front door code had a bit of a hiccup at first (it wasn’t working), but the property manager and Michelle were quick to help us get inside and fix the code for the building. The beds were super comfy and had plenty of room for us, even though we were 5 guests and had a small pet. The kitchen had everything we needed. The water pressure in the shower was amazing! It was also really close to the mall outlet, just 5 minutes away from multiple beaches and grocery stores. It was super conveniently located. My only suggestion is that the backyard could use a bit more attention. It didn’t look as well-maintained as it could have been, and there were some bits of trash from previous guests that I cleaned up because I didn’t want to be responsible for later. Also, the bath towels seemed a bit old and would be nice to replace.

Place was fantastic and super comfortable. Super responsive, usually within moments of asking any questions I got a response. Great layout, easy to relax and enjoy. Highly recommend and will assuredly stay again when in the area.
