Our one-story home is conveniently located and easily accessible from the street with plenty of free parking. Newly renovated kitchen, primary suite, and bathrooms. The neighborhood is quiet and private, yet just steps away from some of the best restaurants and in Indianapolis. Location is key, and we have it all. Take a short walk to Lucas Oil Stadium, the Convention Center, and other popular downtown attractions. The location is perfect for those attending events, conventions, or big games.

You won’t forget the peaceful surroundings of this rustic destination. Enjoy wildlife, kayaking, fishing, campfires, horses, hiking and games. We also have a sauna and a hot tub available on the premises There is Roku TV and WIFI in the cabin. You can sit on the front porch and enjoy the swing or rocking chairs and listen to the night sounds or chat with friends. You can also enjoy a campfire and cook over the open fire on our tripod grill. We have 2 other cabins and our cozy apartment listed.

Perfect for family or friends to relax and enjoy Indiana’s Dunes National Park! The Holliday House is a 2022 custom built home with lake views and a beach path just STEPS from the front door! This 2000 sq ft open concept design features 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, 16’ ceilings, open great room with beautiful indoor/outdoor kitchen, custom dining seating for 8, and loft hammock. Hosts live next door and are easily available if needed! Everything is on the 1st floor except for the 3rd bedroom.

Boulders Lodge is a large family vacation home in Brown County (Nashville area), IN. The home sleeps up to 10 overnight guests. This private country setting is ideal for family gatherings, reunions or groups. Downtown Bloomington and Indiana University are only 11 miles away with fabulous local eateries and unique shops to explore.

The pool house is close to Muncie, Indiana and Ball State and Taylor Universities. We are also only about 5 miles from Barn on Boundary and have hosted several wedding parties. You’ll love our place because of the location, it feels like a secluded lodge. The timber frame structure is unique and has all the comforts of home. It has a very open floor plan and is very quiet and peaceful. It is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), big groups, and furry friends (dogs).

This charming property is lake front with a small 50ft beach area and dock. Use of 2018 Sylvan pontoon boat, canoe, and kayak are included. You will love the lake life. Please note the pontoon boat is only available in season from May 1st to October 1st.
