We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Les Essarts. This is an characterful , well designed and spacious property in a very peaceful countryside setting. The interior is tastefully decorated and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Externally the pool area was a dream where adults and kids can spend hours relaxing or having fun. The grounds are huge and well maintained. I can thoroughly recommend staying here and Laurent at La Conceigerie was extremely helpful throughout.

We had a very relaxing stay enjoying the sun and beautiful flowers in the garden. The place is very quiet and it is possible to walk in the fields around but you have to take the car to the basic necessities shops in the neighboring village 8min drive or for restaurants 20min away. If you're looking for peace and a place to disconnect, don't hesitate!

Wonderful stay at Karim's. Very beautiful well-equipped house in a peaceful environment. A lovely heated pool with an unobstructed view. The terrace is lovely too. Thanks to Karim, we lacked nothing. We'll be back!

We were moving for a bmx sporting event, with a team of adults and young adults , the competitions taking place during the day we were able to benefit from the inner part that perfectly suited our needs , we found everything we needed and Agnes was able to meet our expectations in terms of arrangements of rooms and dorms with responsiveness and availability. We were able to benefit from a secure parking where our 2 vans and trailer were able to park without the need to unload bikes and other accessories. We loved this place. This is what we were looking for for a holiday. A large, spacious house that is suitable for families or holidays with friends. We really liked the dining terrace in the yard and the courtyard itself. Convenient and beautiful. You can cook a barbecue. We spent a lot of time outside there. There is access to the river and fishing is available if you want. Yvan and Maeva are very helpful hosts. If we had any questions, they got in touch with us quickly. All questions were provided with feedback and help. There was a moment when there was a technical problem in the house. On the same day, the issue was resolved, although it was Saturday. I had a good experience with the place and the hospitality of the hosts.

We had a wonderful, peaceful stay at Juan’s beautiful barn conversion. The property is just as described and matches the photos. The pool area and garden are lovely, although we were not able to make much use of it due to unseasonably bad weather. It would be perfect in the summer. We were still able to use the pool as it has a full cover. Juan is a very friendly, responsive but discreet host.

Despite a boiler problem when we arrived the rest of our stay went well. Pleasant castle, well-equipped, nice bathroom. Great for a weekend with friends and family.

House as described. We were 6 Adults and 6 children and were able to enjoy it to the fullest (except the pool which was out of order but it was not an inconvenience). Nathalie's kindness and availability made it possible to make this stay pleasant and relaxed. I would highly recommend it!

I really recommend it! The house and the services are great, the host is very responsive and welcoming. A perfect location, quiet in the vineyards, close to a castle and its vineyards (less than a kilometer). Thank you so much Caroline! 😊

Very pleasant stay in a very beautiful area, close to Amboise (15 min by car). The place is spacious, clean and very nice. Rémy was welcoming, accommodating and responsive, I recommend it!

An idyllic setting for those looking for a great space to welcome family and friends. A very pleasant calm, a decorated house with great taste and the pool house is a real plus. Patou welcomed us wonderfully and remained available throughout the stay. Between the swimming pool, the billiards room, the large living room with the video projector and the beautiful bar, this place will seduce you for sure. I highly recommend

Go there without so much as a second thought! 🤩 It's beautiful, tastefully decorated and quality materials. In addition, services in detail for super comfortable amenities and bedding. I organized this stay as a surprise. As I imagined, the place has a lot more for everyone. Peaceful setting, the exteriors are also very well thought out. Romain is very nice. I would not hesitate to recommend where to come back for a possible event. (Better in real life than in the photos)

Ines and Antoines are very responsive! The house has a swimming pool, BBQ, goal cage and ping pong! Everything for family fun! Plus it is equipped if you have small children!

We had a great week! The house is perfectly equipped , the air conditioning was very useful the first 2 days of our stay. We enjoyed the pool greatly. Beautiful English garden. The walks along the expensive river are very soothing.

Our stay at Sandrine’s was great. She had thought about making our kids welcome as well as us. The place is lovely and bigger than the photos show.

Completely atypical house and tastefully decorated in a style mixing the rustic of the farmhouse and contemporary works and designs. The garden is large, quiet and well protected. We had a very quiet week as we wanted with a visit to the castles of the Loire Valley nearby, restaurants following the informed advice of our hosts, when we did not want to cook. A big thank you to them for their kindness and hospitality.

We had a wonderful stay at Patrick and his wife's place. On the day of arrival, we were very warmly welcomed. The house is beautiful and stands in a very pretty and well-kept courtyard. The cleanliness was absolutely great! On the first evening we had the delicious aperitif plate that you can order. This is a fantastic service that made the start of the vacation perfect. The pool is very clean and large, our children had a lot of fun. If you lie by the pool, you have a unique view of the village of Francueil and can really relax. There are numerous great excursions in the area (the famous castles of the Loire Valley as well as restaurants…). But since you feel at home in the Cottage du Cerf, we preferred to be there. Thank you for this unforgettable week! We look forward to seeing you again!

had a great stay with Didier and his wife. What a beautiful house. Spatially set up so you certainly don't have to walk in each other's way. However, it is handy with small children and grandmother who came to visit. A very spacious kitchen with all the comforts. I would just bring my own sharp knives that I missed. Clean rooms, kitchen, baby cot and high chair. Also fun games for the kids. Nice homemade tree fort and a swing! The house is in the countryside and trips to a nice town is usually a 45 minute drive. Don't mind this. The pool was a delight for swimming. Unfortunately, we had less than hoped for. But Didier turned on the heat pump for us and the canopy over it and then it is certainly good to spend time in the pool. Our son has overcome his fear of water here and couldn't get away! What a delight to see! We are extremely grateful to Didier and Betrix for our great stay! Recommended!

We had a great time at Eric and Lydia's. The setting was very nice and the house very comfortable. We had 4 small children and we were able to enjoy ourselves with peace of mind (secure pool, suitable equipment...). We recommend this listing, especially since the hosts were welcoming and available.

We had a wonderful two night stay at Agnes’s on our Loire Valley tour of chateaux. The location of the house is minutes away from Chateau Villandry. The house itself was impeccably clean and very comfortable. We all enjoyed the gorgeous pool after a hot day exploring. The facilities were excellent and had everyone you could possibly require. Our daughter also enjoyed playing in the children’s area at the front of the house. We would definitely stay again but for longer next time! Thank you Agnes for having us.
