Dette er stedet som så mange har gitt sine fantastiske og sommerlige tilbakemeldinger de siste årene. Moengen er plassert utenfor allfarvei i et naturskjønt område, med utsikt mot sør og Trondheimsfjorden. Dersom du er heldig er det ikke sjelden at det beiter elg og rådyr på enga nedenfor husene. Leiligheten på 75 m2, og er innredet i trematerialer. På den mørke årstiden lyser Trondheim by opp nattehimmelen mot sør. Dette er en tid på året som kommunens flotte lysløyper kan brukes.

Charming appartment, located in a very nice area of Trondheim right by Ladestien and the cosy place Ladekaia. Ladekaia was given the kafé of the year price 2016 in Trondheim. Ladekaia is all the way down to the waterside. Free wi-fi and free parking. 2 elevators in the building. City bikes available in the city and at Lade Torget, Lade Arena and ECDahls bryggeri. The house is easily accessible from the E6 and has a good parking space. With immediate proximity to nature, there are great hiking opportunities. There is a large outdoor area with lawn, seating groups and barbecue area. It is a 15-minute walk to the train station and the local shop. The city and airport are just a 10-minute drive away.
