Attached mountainbikes/bikes, kajaks, sauna and hottub are for guest disposal. Suitable for couples or the small family to enjoy a relaxing stay at the port of Stockholm, with nature at your doorstep. Private sitting area outside cottage, with fully equipped outdoor kitchen, barbecue possibilities and view over the ocean.

Central location in charming house from 1850. 84 square meters in three levels with 2 bedrooms. Living room with a large sofa, fireplace, kitchen island with 5 chairs and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and coffeemaker. Bathroom with shower, washing machine and a sauna. A few meters to the lake with for swimming. 15 minutes to Arlanda Airport and 35 minutes to Stockholm City. Sigtuna is the oldest town in Sweden with lots of charming restaurants, cafés and shops.

Mysigt litet hus, sjöutsikt och skogstomt, Värmdö

Ett charmigt litet hus byggt 1924, ett av Kolviks första. En fridfull plats med skogstomt, djurliv, sjöglimt från både fönster och terrass. Badbrygga och liten strand 300 meter från huset. Tar 10 minuter att gå till bussen som tar er till stan på 30 minuter. Här finns även mataffär och restauranger. Mölnvik köpcentrum ligger 10 minuter bort med bil/buss. Cykel kan lånas för att trampa upp till affären. Du kan även ta pendlarbåten till/från stan från Ålstäket, 5 minuter bort med bil.

Området är fyllt av vandringsleder som slingrar sig genom skogen och endast ett stenkast bort finner du en vacker sjö – perfekt för ett svalkande dopp. Ytterligare lite längre bort ligger havet. På husets framsida finns en liten altan där du kan njuta av en kopp kaffe och koppla av. Boendet är just nybyggt och utrustat med all modern standard för att göra din vistelse så bekväm som möjligt.

Mellan skogen och havet ligger denna jätte mysiga gulliga stuga . 30 km från Stockholm, buss till Slussen, 5 min till havet i viken där du kan bada eller bara promenera i skogen, vila, njuta av lugnet som råder här.
