Beautiful, classic mountain cabin well equipped for a perfect family Christmas in the snow!

Beautiful location and beautiful authentic house. The five bikes available are ideal for cycling the mountain bike route.

We stayed here for New Years. Bruce’s cabin is located right by the ski-lift and smaller slope; perfect location for families with children but also for going cross country skiing (terrain is not flat but climbing uphill is worth it). Bruce was very helpful with everything and the cabin had all the amenities we could ask for. Wood for fireplace can be bought in Bagn, should you run out. There is also a small Joker (grocery shop) about 5 min drive, in Reinli, in case you need it. All in all we were very happy with our stay here!

Perfect accommodation for large groups. The social areas and the hall were well taken. Close proximity to cross country ski tracks. Lovely with sauna and fireplace.

Lovely space and great ski slopes. Golsfjellet was really lovely. The cabin is nicely located with view, with sun every day of the day. Cozy cabin that we would like to use again. Cozy host who was very flexible with checkout etc. recommended.

Great place to explore the region including some hiking trails just few minutes drive from the cabin. Late flexible checkout was appreciated as well!

We stayed in a group of 8 people (parents, 3 adult sons and their partners) over New Year's Eve for 8 nights in this great vacation home. For 3 reasons, our stay was very successful: 1. Torleif is a very good host who was always available, answered questions quite quickly and proactively provided us with good tips for the stay and how to get there. We are also very grateful that Torleif allowed us to use the still missing cross-country skiing. 2. The cottage is very well maintained, well equipped and testifies to a thoughtful planning. Even with very cold outside temperatures, we always felt comfortable in the house! 3. The house is located at the end of a dead end road directly on the slope to the Fjell. So we were able to get directly to the trails after a short climb. With the help of 6 tours during the bright days, we explored the surrounding area in this impressive landscape. It was an unforgettable experience, tusend tak!

Zandra was a great host, great communication and a beautiful house. The kids loved the mezzanine snug particularly but it was all wonderful. Our stay was early in the season and there hadn’t been enough snow to ski in/ski out but it was easy (if a little hairy when you’re not used to snow) to drive to the open lifts and everyone enjoyed the skiing. My adult children are advanced skiers after 2 seasons in Canada and enjoyed the powder. The two teenagers and my husband enjoyed it too, different experience to the Alps but equally good. All in all a fabulous trip, thanks Zandra for all your help and advice and organising the bedding.

Great stay! Highly recommended. Good communication with Berit. Perfect for the 19 of us who were on a trip together last week in July. Lovely view and all amenities in order. Only thing that got a little scary for us 5 families with 9 children aged 1-4 was the stairs up to the top floor, which was the type of open staircase and without a baby gate in the bottom and top.
