The building retains industrial mill parts which intersect multiple levels for a unique and generous living space. Its south-facing garden includes outside dining, wood-fired hot tub, and large lawn, home to wildlife and fruit-bearing trees. While enjoying far reaching countryside views it has been designed wholly with our guests comfort in mind. Enter via the external stairs into a fitted kitchen/living section, a sleeping area with king size bed & a shower room. A balcony area with seating offers the chance to relax outside. Guests have a designated parking area & private entrance. Ideal for anyone who enjoys the countryside.

The Horse Racing (Festival 2nd week of March) & other regular meetings, The Jazz Festival in May, the Food Festival in June, & Literary Festival in October keep Cheltenham interesting year round. The Cotswolds, Forest of Dean, Malverns & Wye are close by.

A two-minute walk to the famous Kingsholm rugby stadium and food shops, ten minutes to city centre, bus and train stations, cathedral, Quays shopping outlet, restaurants and historic docks. Easy bus route to Cheltenham.

The Annex at Stonehaven

The Annex offers dog friendly accommodation with plenty of outdoor space. It has a bedroom with en-suite shower, a large kitchen and shower room, and open plan living room with double bed, dining and sofa areas. There is parking, a courtyard and garden. We are between Cheltenham, Gloucester and Tewkesbury. Mon-Fri your host grooms dogs in a room connected to the Annex. Dogs or driers might be heard during the day on weekdays and access needed to cleaning cupboard and tumble dryer in annex.

This small shepherds hut is tucked away in the heart of a quiet Gloucestershire village situated in the corner of our garden but completely private and not overlooked with its own decking and luxury hot tub overlooking fields and farmland. The river Severn is less than a mile away which has a footpath all the way to Tewkesbury and nearby pubs.

Luxury Shepherd's Hut in The Cotswolds

Sans Souci is a bespoke Shepherd's hut, lovingly hand built to an incredibly high spec. Completed in April 2021, it has a double bed and double sofa bed. There is a well-equipped kitchen, a shower room with sink and compost toilet, and a log burning stove. There are far reaching views of the Cotswold hills, which can be taken in from the South-facing deck. Enjoy al fresco meals, cooking over the fire pit in the garden or walks galore in the local countryside.
