“Paul is the perfect host and his house is definitely where you want to stay in Inuvik. He will share with you his knowledge of the area, make sure you feel at home, and definitely go the extra Mile to make sure that you're having a great stay. I definitely recommend staying at Paul's and will come back myself if I'm lucky enough to be back in Inuvik. Thank you again Paul for an unforgettable stay and a wonderful friendship.”
This is a cozy little house in the middle of town, with a view of the Richardson Mountains. A large back yard has space you can relax in the summer, while the house gets nice and cozy thanks to a wood stove in winter. The wifi is called ArcticZoo for a reason... this space is shared with 2 friendly Huskies and 2 cats.
“I was only in Inuvik for one day but I wanted to get a feel for the place. Ray was the perfect host. She loves Inuvik and is very involved in life there. She showed me all around town and told me so much about the town and especially about living there in the winter which I was very interested in. I would say that she went out of her way to make me comfortable. It definitely helps to either like dogs or at least be OK with dogs because she has 2. They are very friendly though.”
