Outdoor areas, courtyard and garden with water feature at your disposal (adjacent to our garden). Located 8 km from the walled city of Montreuil-sur-Mer and close to to the Course Valley. The cottage is bordered by a waterway. The beaches of Le Touquet-Paris-Plage are 22 km away and 24 km for Merlimont.

Nestled in the heart of the Course Valley, come and enjoy the charms of the Coursevière dating back to 1863, a cob and chalk house. We have fully renovated and equipped this wing of our house with all the comforts necessary to accommodate 2 people and a baby. Ideally located between land and sea (Opal Coast: Montreuil, Le Touquet, Wissant), many ideas for outings will delight young and old. Entrance, courtyard, garden and play area are entirely private.

A bedroom area with a bed of 2 people (140x200), a lounge area, dining room, and kitchenette with microwave, fridge and hob. Independent bathroom with a 120x80 walk-in shower, sink and toilet.

We invite you to our pleasant, fully renovated independent cottage in a beautiful natural setting. It has a fully equipped sunny terrace and a large garden bordered by a small stream. The entire house is at your disposal.

The garden has a petanque court. Upon arrival the house will be heated and ready to welcome you, all rooms will be made with sheets and towels.
