Lounge on a hillside terrace with sea views as the refreshing sea breeze is flowing all day long. In the evening air carries the scent of jasmine and honeysuckle. A serene atmosphere continues indoors with potted plants, elegant built-in furnishings, and tasteful decor in muted earth tones. Lighting and other details complete the serenity. The house has an airy relaxed ambiance, combining modern architecture with traditional elements. You can enjoy high quality materials, high ceilings, playful light and fine linen. A bluetooth speaker is available to enjoy your favourite music from your computer. Bedrooms have bathrooms en suite. A fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and espresso coffee machine is provided. A built stone BBQ is available for use. For the colder months, there is a pellet stove along with electric blankets that give it a warm feeling. You have access to our own home grown vegetable garden, according to the season of course. I am available at all times for any assistance required. Though the island of Ithaki is small, it has many hidden treasures. It is my pleasure to help you explore them. Any holiday related services, like rentals or bookings can be arranged upon request. Ithaki island is a quite and rather intimate place with lots of treasures to discover. The house is in the village of Ag. Saranta, a traditional settlement in the northern part, overlooking Afales Bay. The beach nearby with amazing water is 5 min drive away. The village of Stavros, with all amenities, and the fishing village of Frikes are both 1.5 kilometers away. Unfortunately, there is no public transport in Ithaki. Hiring a car is highly advisable Access to Ithaki is via Cephalonia, Patra, Astakos and in the summer months from Lefkas as well.

Quiet Little House on the Beach

Quiet little spot right on the beach ideal for a relaxing retreat. There's nothing quite like having the sea all to yourself. Perfect for couples and families. Vacation house of about 50 square meters. Boat marine is at a distance of about 300 metres from the house. The house is 3 minutes from Aigeira and about 4 minutes from Derveni, both locations with bars, coffee shops, supermarkets and stores. **The house now has a new roof! Meliti is a one level cottage, consisting of 1 bedroom which sleeps 2 guests with an en-suite bathroom. It can accommodate 1 extra guest on the living room sofa bed, or maximum 2 kids. The house offers amazing sea views from all areas, especially the view from the bed will stay memorable. Relax in the cosy sitting room, prepare dinner or relax in the outside furniture enjoying total serenity, as well as the calming sound of the sea.

In the heart of the famous rocky beach of Porto Limnionas at Zakynthos island, LCV complex (License No: 1235974) consist of 3 luxurious cave villas in perfect harmony with the surrounding natural environment, nested into the cliff, bathed in sunlight by day and painted with amethyst purple in the sunset. Each villa has its own private infinity pool, is fully equipped and enjoys a majestic view of the sea and the surrounding area.

Unique cave house in Mani, Greece

Restored traditional cave with respect to the history and architecture of Mani. The 400-year-old in-cave suite offers a unique experience to guests, combining the authenticity of the cave with modern amenities. The building is made entirely of stone in a traditional Mani style. Inside, you will find an authentic rock carving, discreetly illuminated, which was revealed and highlighted during the careful restoration of the space.

Traditional Stone Guesthouse

The house was built before 1940 and back then it used to be the house of the teacher of the village. The basement was the storage room for the resin. Only in 1975 me grandpa, Dimitris, was able to buy the house and the basement too, in order to use the entire building as a storage room. Then, in 2019, my family decided to transform the upstairs as an Airbnb room and the basement as a storage room for the wine and the oil.
