Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Iranduba

I stayed in the apartment a second time. It's bigger than it looks on the pictures. Quiet neighborhood, easy to get to in the center and other points of interest. Fast and stable Wifi. Air conditioning in every room, they work well. The kitchen is small but contains everything necessary for long stays. Clean bathrooms. Comfortable bedrooms and living room. Communication with Roberto is easy and fast. Great cost benefit.

The environment has a room for the guest. Other spaces such as kitchen, living room, bathroom, balcony shared with the hostess but we only saw her twice during the stay. It is extremely polite, kind, requests and concerned about the well-being of guests. Location near Ponta Negra and therefore very good for those who come to visit and enjoy the city. I recommend it.

Dr. Eva's place is very nice, comfortable, and cozy. I stayed in a room with a private bathroom and it is exactly as described in the listing, but what stands out is the host, great person and very attentive and especially willing to help when necessary, I witnessed firsthand Dr. Eva helping another guest of the house and was impressed by the way she put herself in order for everything to work out, for sure an example for all Airbnb hosts.
