We completed this dream chalet with about 200 m² of usable space in 2020 to spend our vacations in the beautiful Lachtal together with our two children. Whether you're in the living room, at the dining table, on the terrace, in the garden or in the hot tub – everywhere you can enjoy a wonderful view of the surrounding mountain landscape.

Willkommen in unserem neu renovierten Souterrain‑Appartement in einem ruhigen Einfamilienhaus. 1 Schlafzimmer mit Überlänge-Doppelbett (180x220) und 1 Schlafzimmer mit französischem Bett (140x200), eine offene Wohnküche mit Essbereich, Schlafsofa, Fernseher, ein modernes Bad mit Walk‑in‑Dusche, WC und Waschmaschine. Trotz Souterrain‑Lage ist das Appartement hell, ruhig und bietet einen Gartenblick. Für Privatsphäre ist das Appartement durch eine lichtdurchflutete Glasschiebetüre abgetrennt.

Unsere geräumige Unterkunft bietet Platz für bis zu 6 Personen mit zwei Schlafzimmern, einem komfortablen Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer, Bad und getrenntes WC. Die Küche ist mit hochwertigen Geräten, Geschirr und Gläsern ausgestattet. Genießen Sie die großzügige südseitige Terrasse mit Grimmingblick und lassen Sie sich von der gemütlichen Atmosphäre unserer exklusiven Wohnung verzaubern.

Gammeringalm Hunting Lodge

The cabin is located at 1,200 meters altitude on an idyllic alpine pasture. In summer, it can be reached by car via a slightly steeper, coarsely graveled forest road. Those who have an SUV have an advantage. In winter, it is located directly on the ski slope. Directly from the cabin you can start extended ski tours and snowshoe hikes. We transport the luggage with the Polaris on arrival and departure. The cabin is very rustic, cozy and equipped with many loving details.

Ferienhütte Grimming

Our cottage is located just a little off the nearest traffic routes (street, train) and yet in the middle of nature at the foot of the mighty Grimming. It is only about 30 km to Schladming or Ausseerland. There are countless opportunities for sports enthusiasts, nature lovers or even those who want to unwind! Looking forward to seeing you soon ! Likewise, dogs who feel "very comfortable" with us are also welcome !

Enjoy the fantastic view of the imposing Grimming - right from your terrace! The apartment is quietly located in the idyllic Grimming-Donnersbach valley and is ideal for excursions: Hallstatt, Dachstein, 5 Fingers, Admont Abbey, Planneralm, Riesneralm and much more. Salzburg, Graz and the Red Bull Ring can be reached in about 1.5 hours. Nearby: GrimmingTherme, NarzissenTherme, Therme Amadé. Train station 7.5 km.

The new apartment is equipped to a high standard and furnished in a modern Alpine style. In addition to a cozy living room, there are two beautiful bedrooms available. Through the large panoramic windows you can see the impressive Grimming – the highest freestanding mountain in Europe. On the large terrace or in the garden, pamper yourself with sunbathing or relax with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine.

Holiday apartment in a quiet, elevated location with a unique panorama over the Niederen-Tauern and the entire middle Ennstal. The apartment has its own entrance and can be reached via an external staircase directly from the parking lot. Large windows allow a great view of the surrounding mountains. The spacious terrace on the south side invites you to sunbathe or enjoy a cold beer in a cozy atmosphere.

The penthouse "Hill - 73" absolutely deserves its name. On more than 90m² the holiday apartment offers pure luxury and is really dreamlike.<br>It has 2 bedrooms with double beds, a beautiful open kitchen with an adjoining living/dining area, open fireplace, 1 bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. With the pull-out sofa bed in the living area, the holiday penthouse offers enough space for 6 people.
