From the living room and rooms there is an exit to the terrace/garden. The garden invites you to play football, king's game, play in the swimming pool and a ride on the skate ramp. On the terrace, there is a large gas grill and garden chairs and table so the family can eat outside. The house is located 1.3 kilometers from a child-friendly beach and shopping can be done in Dagli' Brugsen, which is also within walking distance.

The house consists of a large living room, television room and three bedrooms - one with a double bed, one with a single bed and one with two bunk beds of 190 cm and a normal single bed. The house is shaped like a horseshoe and provides plenty of space for all needs.
