Tropical local house with large terrace and garden with 3 apartments and 6 bedrooms. 5 min walk to restaurants, park and beautiful beach. Great location between Isla verde and Condado. Ideal for families or friends groups. Plenty of space for up to 12. The main apartment is open on the garden with large living room and 3 bedrooms. The upstairs has a large sunny living room and 2 master bedrooms XL king beds. One small one full bed apartment in the backyard. All house has AC splits and fans.

The master bedroom has a full en-suite bathroom w/ a queen bed.The second bedroom also has a full en suite bathroom and a queen bed. The third bedroom has a king bed and a separate bathroom. There is also a half bathroom by the pool. Accesible to major highways and only 7 mins from the airport and the beach.

Coral Beach tower 2 1418-A Remodeled Studio in the heart of Isla Verde. It’s an extremely centric location to any of Puerto Ricos main attractions as well as the airport! It has direct beach and pool access. Parking is not included but can be added at 15 dollars a day !
